A spacious dog park is just a 3 min drive for your furry friends' enjoyment. Spend your day on the playground, or amble along the path. As the day winds down, kick back on the patio, relish the mountain views by the propane fire pit, and sizzle up a feast on the BBQ grill.

Experience the charm of our strategically positioned Colorado Springs abode, offering breathtaking mountain views! As you enter our serene neighborhood, you'll be captivated by the tranquil ambiance of our 1300 sq/ft, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. Nestled between Powers Blvd. and Constitution Avenue, it provides easy access to all of Colorado Springs. The master bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite 3/4 bathroom, while the other two bedrooms offer queen beds. Cook up a storm in our well-equipped kitchen and share meals in the dedicated dining area. Our unfinished basement adds a fun touch with Ping Pong and Foosball tables, perfect for friendly competitions!

Lovely home close to shop areas, the Zoo, pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, WWII Airplane museum, and dinosaur encounter within 30 minute drive. Very comfortable beds and spacious kitchen.

The home is in a great location, close to all the activities on our itinerary. The dog's loved the backyard, and our family enjoyed the comfort of the home. It had everything we needed literally home away from home.

Girl trip

The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Lots of food and shopping right down the street. Our beds were very comfortable after a long day of exploring. The hosts were very easy to contact but we didn’t need/want for much.

Fabulous hosts, clean and comfortable home!

The property manager and hosts were incredibly accommodating to us as our trip dates moved around. We found the home very comfortable and clean. I appreciated finding this vrbo gem so close to where we needed to be, and close to restaurants and other amenities. Will stay again!

Cozy home

Amazing home to stay at while we ran a Spartan Super Race!. Nice neighborhood plus having a 10 year old who also ran a kids Spartan Race, she also had a playground in the back yard to tackle and a foosball table in the basement to keep her occupied, all combined she did not want to leave. Amazing place. Thanks again!.

East Colorado Springs Neighborhood

Very nice stay in the Springs on Piros. House was clean and in very good condition. Unfinished basement with foosball table and ping pong table was a bonus. Fenced back yard with access to a park.

New Years Eve In Colorado

Weekend Getaway

The house met our needs for a long weekend trip to Colorado Springs. The kids enjoyed the foosball and ping pong table in the basement. The beds were comfortable and provided a nice respite after spending the days exploring outdoors. Communication was great.

Family Visit

We came to see our son in the military. The house was in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants. It has a beautiful view of the mountains. Very nice house, but would be nice to have a bathroom on the main level. Communication with the owners was great! Very pleased and would recommend it to others.

Really worked for what we needed

Having work done on our house, we needed a VRBO that we could be in for three weeks and that would allow our cat to be with us. This property was one of only a handful in our area that met our needs in this situation. Worked out great, excellent communication with the host as needed and was the closest to our house while the work was getting done. Thank you so much for the stay!! Greatly appreciated it!!

Cozy and Cute!!

The property itself is wonderful! The floor in the dining room looks awesome! Have to theow that in there. Host and I communicated really well! One thing I'd like to say its on a busy road, be careful when backing out of the driveway.

Family vacation

Very nice place to stay. It was very clean & decorated very nice & felt cozy. Location of town was nice & close to lots of stores to shop for groceries for our stay. We would highly recommend this place to stay for a family. All bedrooms are upstairs though, so if not everyone can climb stairs that would be an issue. All restooms are up stairs also. We would definitely stay here here again. The host was very good about helping us adjust our dates to travel when our plans changed. if not everybodyif
