Welcome to Farm Hollow, your private mountain escape located in the heart of Banner Elk! Tucked inside a peaceful gated community just a mile and a half from downtown, this one of a kind retreat provides timeless mountain architecture with luxury outdoor living!

Inside, soaring vaulted ceilings, exposed timber beams, a beautiful stone fireplace, and walls of windows create a warm atmosphere throughout the home. The thoughtfully designed layout offers two bedrooms on the main level, two additional bedrooms upstairs, plus a cozy loft sleeping space perfect for kids or extra guests.

The outdoor living space is truly exceptional and designed to be enjoyed year-round. Relax in the hot tub, gather around the outdoor fireplace, grill dinner under the covered patio, or simply take in the peaceful mountain setting from one of the many inviting outdoor seating areas. Guests can even stroll over to the community's stocked fishing ponds for a quiet afternoon by the water.

Whether you're visiting for ski season, summer hikes, leaf season, or a relaxing weekend getaway, this stunning Banner Elk home offers the perfect blend of rustic elegance, comfort, privacy, and convenience!

Additional Notes:
- Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- The community ponds are for catch and release fishing only (NC Fishing License is required), no swimming.
- Please note: The jetted tub jets in the master bedroom are not functional and cannot be used. The tub is available for soaking purposes only.
- You may purchase firewood for the indoor fireplace from us and have it delivered prior to your arrival. This service requires one-week notice prior to arrival, no exceptions. The cost for firewood is $25 per night, plus 12.75% tax. Each night purchased includes 2 small bundles (each bundle contains 6-8 pieces of wood) and 1 fire starter log. There is no refund for unused firewood.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- Guests can enjoy easy to access roads leading to and from the home however, AWD or 4WD vehicles may be required in the winter months or in times of inclement weather. Chains may also be necessary.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
