Maison victorienne rénovée à 5 min à pied de la plage et d'Asbury Park, 6 badges de plage

This home is a quaint older but completely renovated Victorian with a cozy front porch and is located just 3 1/2 short blocks from the Beach just beyond the Great Auditorium and just a few short blocks from the center of town (Main Street), the famous Day's Ice Cream and a very short walk to the foot bridge leading to Asbury Park!
We provide all sheets/linens and towels and general household supplies such as dishwashing and laundry supplies, paper towels and shower essentials.. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and baking supplies and a full set of dinnerware and cutlery. There is also a Nespresso Virtuoline Coffee Machine with frother, Vita-Mix blender, a conventional coffee maker, toaster, electric hot water kettle and microwave oven.

There is a full-sized front load washer/dryer conveniently located in the rear of the first floor. The side yard is completely fenced with a new barbeque grill as well as an outdoor shower. The home has 1 gig internet & wi-fi, three new large smart TVs, new Apple computer and
all new state-of-the art furnishings. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen-size bed and also another large King bedroom on the second floor with adjustable base bed and smart TV. The third bedroom has a Queen bed. All mattresses are brand new. We also have an additional full bath with large walk-in shower on the second floor ****6 BEACH BADGES INCLUDED****

1 non-shedding small dog under 20 lbs at owner’s discretion** on case-by-case basis.

Public Parking is on street.There are no assigned spots.

The home was wonderful and and GREAT location: walkable to the beach, Asbury Park, and Bradley beach (we walked to it on the beach). The location was quiet in September. It was steps from the Great Auditorium and to the pavilion on the boardwalk.The owner was so responsive to our needs! I would highly recommend this home!!!

This charming house was perfect for the weekend wedding trip. The location near the Ocean Grove Auditorium was perfect. We were within walking distance of several homes rented in Ocean grove for the weekend and was within walking distance of the rehearsal dinner in Bradley Beach and the wedding reception at the R-Bar in Asbury Park. The home is dated 1871, but the renovation was well done and the decorating made it feel like home. The WiFi was strong through the house. The kitchen was well equipped with at least four different ways to make coffee. The appliances looked new and amply sized. The house even had several umbrellas to help us cope with the September 2026 Nor-Easter. Great job by the host for arrival communication, WiFi connection, and restaurant recommendations.

A wonderful property, very close to everything in Ocean Grove and a quick walk to Asbury Park. Since it is not located on a road the porch is very quiet and relaxing. The kitchen is new and fully stocked. There are ample beach chairs and a convenient cart in the shed. Beds are comfortable. The host is very easy to communicate with and answered all questions promptly. Would certainly stay again.

We had a great stay at the house. It had everything we needed and the pictures online matched our expectations. The kitchen is fully stocked, electronics were easy to use, neighborhood was quiet and sweet, beds were comfy and communication with Karan was easy.Since the front porch is such a desirable place to hang out after a long day at the beach, I do believe a little TLC (some new rugs) on the porch could go a long way to make things feel even better. We had a lovely stay.

We loved our stay here. Lots of room for everyone and the location is terrific. It wasn’t a problem for us but some might need to know that the house is a few doors in from the actual street, you can’t pull up to it with a car if you have mobility issues or tons of luggage. Ocean Grove is a treasure! Hope to come back sometime soon!

House was as promised; clean and well stocked and in a fantastic location. It was just us and our dog. The owner was beyond responsive. We had a wonderful stay as did our whippet, who was very popular. The first-floor bedroom was key to us. The full bathroom downstairs had a great shower. The bedroom was a little small but the bed, pillows etc. were very comfortable. We needed heat in the beginning of our visit and A/C at the end, both worked well. The stairs to the second floor are steep but there were grab bars in thoughtful locations. An excellent place and we hope to return.

Highly recommend staying here! The home was beautifully decorated and so close to the beach. Great place for a family. The hosts were wonderful, very accommodating and very responsive.

The house was clean and well stocked and the location is great. The one drawback is the heating system. There is only one thermostat, located on the ground floor in the living room. We visited on a cool weekend in May and if we made the living room 68, the upstairs rooms were too warm to sleep in. During the warmer part of the afternoon things were fine.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this house! The location is perfect, with a short, enjoyable walk to the beach, which our family from Germany loved. The front porch was a highlight, offering a cozy spot to relax and soak in the local vibe. The house was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for our needs. Great Place to Stay!

A beautiful home in a perfect location. Stayed for a long weekend with friends. The house is very clean and well equipped- beds were comfortable. The Host is very responsive to any issues and also accommodating. A short walk to the beach and into town. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.
