Debra was a great host and very communicative. The place was accurately described and very clean. We especially loved the back porch view of the pond and the quiet neighborhood. The pool was a nice amenity as well. We loved the location as it was only 5 minutes away from the beach! Thanks for a great getaway!

We are so thankful to the host for having such a wonderful space for us to come to while on vacation. Lots of thoughtful touches were placed all around the home for us to enjoy and we appreciated it so much! It was a beautiful home, the outdoor shower right off the master bedroom was a GREAT perk to have when coming back from the beach. Very clean, quiet and spacious. Highly recommend to all and we will definitely be back!

Both the apartment and community were very nice. Quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and green space around the lakes. Very peaceful. I didn't use the pool but it looked good too.

We had a wonderful stay at Debra's Spring Lake condo. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and was in such a peaceful setting. It was lovely getting to walk around the community and on a nearby trail in the mornings, and the pool was bigger than expected and well maintained. My family rented bikes, and getting to and from the beach was easy and only took about 8 minutes! Debra was very responsive and friendly, and we would definitely love to come back!

Everything about our stay was super easy - effective and professional communication with the owner, arrival and departure instructions were very clear, and this is a great location for hopping on the Rehobeth to Lewes bike trail, easy walk into both downtown Rehobeth and Dewey, and either a very short drive or doable walk/bike ride to the beach. The extra half bath and outside shower are a real plus for this unit.

It was a short, but very nice visit. The only concern I have is the one step down to living room area. Easy to not see in the dark. Maybe good to put something on it or light up area. Especially for elderly. Otherwise, all was just great!! Clean and comfortable I had a few questions and the host answered all. Thank you for the great memories.

We had a fantastic stay at Debra’s apartment! It’s tucked away in a quiet, private community with a beautiful pond view right outside the back patio.The apartment is charmingly decorated, clean, and located just off Coastal Highway. It was only about a 4 minute drive to the beach and about 5 minutes to the Rehoboth boardwalk/downtown Rehoboth shops and restaurants. The apartment was fully stocked with essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, and other household necessities-we only needed to bring our own linens. Debra truly thought of everything!Debra was friendly, responsive, and efficient with communication before/throughout our stay. We highly recommend her apartment and would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was perfect for us. It is cozy and furnished nicely. Sitting on the back patio was relaxing with its views of the lake. The neighborhood is very nice with a large pool which we enjoyed every afternoon after the beach. The location is excellent. Getting to Rehoboth Beach is a breeze. Communication was great and instructions clear. We will return.

Check in was very smooth. Everything in the space was clean and as advertised. The surrounding property was very peaceful and everyone was nice and accommodating. Pool was easy to use with the provided pass. The view of the lake from the room was also fantastic. Would book again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at spring lake! I loved the decor in the unit, and the back patio overlooking the well-kept lawn and lake was exceptional to have. The nights were quiet, despite being very close to the main road. The unit had everything I needed, including a full length mirror, which I miss when I don't have! The host answered questions promptly and was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Spring Lake. The place was really clean and very cozy. Spring Lake is a great location to get around Rehoboth and Lewes. It’s quiet at night. The community is very friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here.
