Welcome to your family-friendly waterfront vacation rental, with everything you need for the ultimate lakeside retreat! Nestled onto 100 feet of pristine Pine River Pond shoreline in a secluded cove, this newly renovated house is perfect for kayaking, canoeing, fishing, hiking, water skiing, swimming, grilling, or just chilling out by the water. With a comfortably furnished patio and deck, private dock, and beautiful sunrise and sunset views right from home, you may not get far - but when you want to explore, Wolfeboro is around 16 miles away and offers lots of restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. The lakes region also abounds in hiking trails, farmer's markets, festivals, and activities happening on any given summer weekend.

At home, start the day with coffee on your deck, listening to the loons on the water - you may even be lucky enough to see them in the cove. Inside, you'll find a cozy cabin vibe, with hardwood floors, pine-paneled walls, and an open layout. The full, well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, and you can grab a bite together at the dining room table. Even better - step outside and dine alfresco on the deck. After a day of exploring, relax at home in the central AC. Entertainment options include books, board games, free high-speed WiFi, an iPod docking station, a DVD player, and large movie library. Great location!

We had a lot of fun being right on the lake. The shallow and sandy waterfront right in front of the house is perfect for kids. The house was also the perfect size/space for the four of us.

Anniversary Stay

My wife and I stayed here with our two dogs for the week for an anniversary get away. It had an amazing view of the lake and had everything we needed. Only about 20 minutes away from stores and restaurants and we were pleasantly surprised by how clean it was upon check in. Would definitely come here again.

We all liked the cottage: plenty of room for four adults and one child, well equipped kitchen, two living rooms with a television in each, aiery bedrooms with comfortable beds and a deck with expansive views of the pond. Wonderful getaway. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the pond. Very quiet and relaxing. It was everything as advertised.Mistakenly, when we left this morning we accidentally took the Mr. Coffee maker thinking it was ours. We're more than happy to replace or package up and return to you, whichever is easier. It was a Model SK13. Wakefield Cottage

Beautiful view, small town feel, great scenery while walking around and pretty private. You're not alone, but people either kept to themselves or were friendly. The place itself is a nice mix of rustic and modern. You get the cabin feel, but with wifi and cable. I most definitely would go again.

Beautiful and Quiet Lake Life

Everything about this place was amazing. The pictures of the pond do not do it justice. The cabin was immaculate. We had incredible weather and caught many bass right off the dock. There are some neighbors close by but it was really quiet. I can't recommend this place enough.

Nice quaint cottage for a weekend

Property is situated in between 2 others and directly in the water. Cottage is rustic but clean and well prepared for guests. There is not much in the way if privacy but the lake is beautiful. 25 minutes to some great hiking. Overall a comfortable stay.

Great Summer time retreat

Quiet neighbors during the week, clean property and house. Well equipped, with nice deck and great views of lake. Our only complaint is the Nest thermostat was odd to use, and A/C blower fan is loud. But, we had A/C on the hot nights, so not too much of a complaint! Great stay, highly recommended.

This property is beautiful!!

We were so happy with our week here. The house looks newly renovated. Very clean. Super soft towlels and sheets. The lake is gorgeous and it was the perfect vacation for my family of five (with three being teens). Loved seeing the sunsets and even the sunrise one morning. Going home feeling so very relaxed.

Relaxing stay with spectacular views!!

What a wonderful week! Perfect size for our family and perfect location for what we wanted—lakefront relaxation, water fun on a clean, clear lake and close by to hiking, restaurants and North Conway adventure! We would have never known about the beauty of Pine River Pond had we not stayed here. Will be watching for available property in this area!! Loved it. Thank you.

Nice place, not clean

The house was in a great location. Other houses are all around it, so it is not as secluded as advertised. Perfect for our group (5 adults, 1 child, 1 dog). Had issue with it not being cleaned before we came, so that was a huge disappointment, but overall a good choice.

Awesome vacation!!!

This was the fist time renting a house for us. We enjoyed it so much. The house is beautiful and was the perfect set up for us. We loved all the amenities the house provided. The water was so clean and clear. We had such a relaxing week. It was very peaceful but we so enjoyed watching all of the boating and water skiing activities going by!
