We enjoyed our stay. The home was very accommodating and every need was met. Also we got to watch the deer right in the back yard. I highly recommend!

Great views! Comfortable beds! Room for everyone in our family! Plentiful kitchen supplies, electronics worked well! The location was wonderful for all the things to do and Pagosa Springs and surrounding area. Loved our stay!

A great property for our family ski vacation. The house was spotless and so nice. Beds were very comfortable with lots of extras blankets, pillows, and fans. Kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee station, and so much cookware. Realization as well, close to shopping, coffee shops, and restaurants. Easy drive up the mountain to Wolf Creek Ski. My family had a great time and we will definitely be staying at this property next time we visit.

Wonderful stay!

Such a wonderful place to stay. Really felt like home with an amazing view and plenty of room to spread out. The living room was perfect to gather with family at the end of a long day skiing. Lots of personal touches that made this home feel special. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Basecamp. Beautiful house with beautiful views. We watched foxes and deer play every evening on the golf course. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

The entire establishment was clean. All of the amenities exceeded expectations and worked without complication. The location was awesome and convenient to everywhere we want to go. Definitely will be booking this vacation spot again! :)

Best summer vacation

Me and my family had a awesome vacation time here at Pagosa Springs the house was so wonderful to stayed in it was very clean the rooms were very nice and clean the beds were comfortable to sleep in, the kitchen was awesome since I love to cook but we loved the outside view just beautiful and breath taking me and my family had the best stayed we would definitely come back and stay here again best place ever thank y'all for everything we had a great stayed and great vacation just loved it. LOVE this property and all its amenities!

My family of 4 stayed here but the home can fit 3-5 more people easily! Kitchen is very well stocked, beds are comfy, and location is great! WiFi worked amazingly. The location is easy to find and located close to just about everything you need! The thing I loved best about this property is the care they take for it. There is no thrown together mismatched furniture or odds and ends for dishes or pots and pans so scratched up all your food sticks to it. The owners and property managers take care of this home and it is extremely clean and well maintained! I would love to stay here a million times again!
