This two-bedroom, two-bath condo features a queen bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa for accommodations for up to six people. This family-friendly condo has nice valley views and features a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances needed to prepare mouth-watering meals and snacks for the group, a gas fireplace to keep you all nice and warm during your stay, free WiFi, washer/dryer, and ski locker access. Please note that covered parking is in a shared garage and available for one vehicle.

WHAT'S NEARBY
Located at the base of Granby Ranch, you can't beat this ski-in/ski-out location! Base Camp One is centrally located in Grand County and is an ideal launching point for all the recreational activities in our area, with back door access to ski and bike and close access to Golf Granby Ranch. Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest are all within a 30-minute drive.

As of May 1st, all renters must purchase a $10-day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full-benefit member's home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof.

Panoramic views, best location!

Our first trip to Granby Ranch was fabulous in this beautiful condo! Gorgeous views, convenient to the Lodge and lifts, ski locker and parking included — all made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We will be back!

What a great spot for Skiing at Granby Ranch! We were only a few steps from the ski slopes which included a great area for beginners. The mountain is perfect for families with varying degrees of skill level as it has an expansive bunny hill but also some intermediate/expert terrain. The actual condo was well kept and clean and the parking garage was AMAZING to allow for loading/unloading inside. The common areas of the condo were also great with plenty of seating overlooking the ski slopes. I would not count on using the pool/hot tub without paying 20 extra per person per day. This is called out clearly in the listing, but in our opinion wouldn't be worth it. Overall, a great place to stay and we hope to come back soon.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Granby. Nice place. Well kept. The pictures show exactly what you get. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away and relax.

Excellent Family Condo

This was our first trip to Granby and we loved the condo and the skiing. It was super clean and nice and very well stocked. It was super convenient to come in and out throughout the day and we were surprised we used the outdoor pool each day in the winter, it was very warm. We will be back!

Great location and condo. Checkin, parking , ect all good. Only problem is very minimal supplies in unit. One roll paper towels , single ply toilet paper , no soap for clothes washer , one trash bag per day . No/minimal condiments

Good condo for exploring the area

This was a new, modern property. The space was comfortable, bedrooms spacious. We enjoyed having two bathrooms. We used this as a launching spot for x-country skiing at Snow Mountain Ranch. All in all, decent. We appreciated having a covered parking spot, so we didn't have to deal with clearing the snow in the morning.

Great location and beautiful updated unit. Needs a deep clean though (dusty ceiling fans, dirty pots) and unfortunately the main television wasnt working which was bad timing as it was March Madness. The management company promptly sent someone iut but it didnt get fixed. someone

Nice place to stay

The home was very nice & we pretty much had everything we needed. We were very comfortable during our stay. Disappointed that we weren’t able to use the fireplace on those chilly evenings. And very disappointed that we weren’t told that we would have to pay ALOT extra to use the pool, hot tub, lift and even to walk the trails. I guess we should have asked more questions. We didn’t let it effect our Vaca though. We loved staying in Granby.

Great condo/great location

The condo was nice, was perfectly located, and served our needs well. Complaints stem from management company. We never received instructions about how to actually enter the condo, which led to a stressful arrival. Random sheets/blankets were just thrown and piled on the closet floors which not only prevented use of the closets but, based on the appearance, caused us to question if they were clean or not (which was an issue since we needed to make up the sleeper for our daughter). Other than cleanliness and check-in being less than ideal, the condo served us well.

Ski Trip

The main draw to this property is the ski-in/ski-out convenience. The condo itself is nice. The master bathroom had a fowl damp smell. It smelled similar to a public restroom but that didn’t detract from our stay. The walls are very thin and we could hear our neighbors but everyone respected the posted quiet hours so that wasn’t an issue. The back patio code listed in the reservation did not work. I reached out to the management company and it took almost 4 hours to get the correct code. This was an issue because the patio door is used to access the building directly from the ski slope. Luckily, other tenants were kind enough to share the code. Again, the convenience of this condo made the stay worth while. We hope to be back next year!

Terrific stay and location

Great unit. It was just as advertised. Very clean with easy check in and parking process. Didn't need much communication with the owners as it was all spelled out in email and text and we had no issues at all. Conveniently located right at the base and chair lifts. Nice bar/restaurant next to the lifts. There is a grocery store located just outside the main entrance that has all you will need including a pharmacy. Downtown Granby is very charming with multiple good restaurants and coffee shops. It is also just a short 12 mile drive into Winter Park. The only small draw backs were the amount of construction and new builds going on right outside our building & unit. Made for some early mornings as the hammers started at 7:30 am one morning. Also, not wild about having to pay $10 per day, per person to access the facilities swimming pool and hot tub. Those are only minor issues and I highly recommend staying here and would again if we get back to Granby.

Great place but poor management services with Vacasa

The condo is sunny, close to the slopes and a wonderful outdoor heated pool. We all loved the place with exception of an uncomfy top bunkbed and pots/pans/untensils could use an upgrade - no big deal! The issue was with the lack of communication with Vacasa with our water was turned off. I called Vacasa - there is no local number to call. I happened upon the plumbers in the building & found out the water had been turned off to fix the leak. It came on later but then there was no hot water, despite running it for at leas 30 mins. I called Vacasa again & didn't hear back from the for a day and a half, 8am on the morning we were leaving. Luckily, the hot water had come back on. Bottom line - poor communication.

As a Dad traveling with my family, I feel obligated to leave honest reviews, and I’ll admit that this one almost started off very differently.Before our stay, communication with the host through VRBO was frustrating. We had difficulty getting responses, and it definitely left me feeling uneasy about our reservation. By the time we arrived, I was honestly prepared to write a pretty critical review. That said, credit where credit is due: check-in was incredibly easy, and the condo itself was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what our family needed. The location was great, and Base Camp Lodge was also beautiful and well cared for. In the end, there were really only two things I would change. First, there is no air conditioning. I understand that many accommodations in Granby don’t have A/C because of the generally mild mountain temperatures, but during warmer afternoons it would have made the stay much more comfortable. Second, the lodge pool access was 20 per person, per day—not per stay. While this was disclosed in the listing, I still found it surprisingly expensive for what is essentially a lap pool without additional amenities. For a family, those costs add up quickly. Overall, despite my rocky start with the communication issues, the condo itself was beautiful, comfortable, and made for a very enjoyable stay. If the host communication improves it would be a five star property

Good, But Not Great

Nice room and fantastic view. Nothing to complain about with the room itself except for the extremely stiff mattress in the guest room and the inconsistent shower temperature. The check-in process was a little frustrating. Had to contact Vacasa directly and ask for the email. The biggest gripe however was the pool and hot tub. You have to pay an additional $10 per person per day to access the pool and hot tub, despite it belonging to the same lodging company and being right next door. It should also be noted that there is no gym.
