This place was charming with a great living space and a peaceful outdoor space that was amazing for coffee with my dogs in the morning. It's close to everything and a short walk to one of my favorite beaches. It's a great spot! Thank you so very much for sharing it with us!

Great get away on the beach

Check in process perfect, property in very good condition and proximity to beach , local restaurants & shopping was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful patio and location. Close to beach access and restaurants. Central to ventura dining. Kids loved the bunk beds.

Great spot!

Great spot just minutes from the beach! Location was wonderful and communication with property manager was really easy! We will definitely be renting this property again in the future!

Wonderful stay

Check-in was easy, although gate latch was malfunctioning and required repair. We found the living room floor had not been cleaned thoroughly, but that was remedied by the management the next day. Laundry facilities were excellent. Beds were comfortable, and the curtains adequately darkened the rooms. We would return.

The home was just as listed. Very comfortable and incredibly close to the beach, restaurants and grocery. Great communication with the property management.

Great location with fantastic beach equipment

We loved having access to the beach gear and bikes and being just steps from the sand. Overall very well stocked and well arranged, a neat and clean and cozy vacation place, with just minor issues that come with an older beach property (rust and sand)

Close to the beach

Great location to the beach. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery store. Property is clean but kitchen is outdated and need of upgrading.

Great location, nice fenced in courtyard! Double bed comfy, but twin bunk bed mattresses were not great. We couldn’t get the heat to work, super cold, reached out and no help. Old broken toaster oven, hair dryer didn’t work, needs some more silverware. Living space and kitchen were nice. A bit frustrated that the info with access code wasn’t sent until 35 min after our check in time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the location, the fenced courtyard, and that the main bed and living space worked well for your stay. That said, I’m very sorry for the issues you encountered. The heat not working—and not receiving timely assistance—is absolutely not the experience we want for our guests, especially on cold nights. We’re having the system and controls inspected immediately to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We’re also replacing the broken toaster oven and hair dryer, restocking silverware, and evaluating the twin bunk mattresses to determine whether they need to be upgraded. Additionally, I apologize for the delay in sending your access code. Check-in information should always be delivered before your arrival, and we’re reviewing our process to prevent this kind of frustration in the future. Thank you again for the helpful feedback. We truly appreciate it, and we’re committed to making the improvements needed to provide a much smoother stay moving forward.

Wonderful Location

Just 5 houses down from the beach. Cute place with nice private back patio. Place is a little older but functional and clean. Bedroom is small but bed is comfortable.

Sweet beach stay

Had a great time at this little place with my two young boys. The beach is SO close and we got to see a ton of sealife on the rocks at low tide. Ventura had a lot to offer for activities. We did a Channel Islands boat tour and sailed with a mega pod of dolphins! So memorable!
