Open, airy, and full of mountain sunshine, this two-bedroom condo will give you a Colorado escape you'll never forget - right near the base of the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort! Wake up each morning to take in your surroundings through floor-to-ceiling windows, curl up with a newspaper in the warmth of the gas fireplace, or simply head out the door for a thrilling day on the slopes. You'll come home to a private washer/dryer to refresh your snowy clothes, an attached bathroom for each of the two bedrooms, and a pair of flatscreen TVs and a DVD player to make movie nights a breeze. Within the Dulany at the Gondola community, you'll also have access to two outdoor hot tubs, a firepit to gather around each evening, and a convenient winter shuttle service.

What's nearby:
This condo is part of Dulany at the Gondola, a lovely complex that sits a few steps south of the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. You'll be enviably positioned to take advantage of the resort's 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved, multi-use trail that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants that include The Laundry, Salt and Lime, and Carl's Tavern, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

Great location given the short five-minute walk to the gondola. Blankets and scratched non-stick pans need replacing. Need basic condiments. Great views.

Great location!

This place was great - right by the ski hill. A little dated, but really, who cares? Clean with lots of windows. No view of the hill, but pretty views of rolling hills. Like 8 minutes from downtown, but also plenty of food and drink nearby in the village. Even in the summer, this was a great spot.

Absolutely beautiful, modern, spacious unit, in a fantastic location. And icing on the cake? The hot tub was actually HOT! So often they're more of warm tubs. This unit was fantastic. I'll definitely be back. Already thinking about trying to book the same unit for next year!!!

Great location, but otherwise meh

Short walk to gondola Plaza, which was great, and it was plenty of space for 4 of us. But the mattresses were really uncomfortable. It was a pain that we couldn't check in till almost 5:00, and Vacasa really needs to fix the lock on the ski locker. Vacasa was no help at all.

We appreciate this feedback as an area to improve upon in the future. Kindly note that we manage the ski locker and our staff is there to help every day until 5 pm during the season. Currently, it is self-service. We will send maintenance to check and test the lock on the storage unit and ensure it's operational. Perfect Family Getaway

Comfy beds, plenty of space to spread out, kitchen had what we needed, loved the provided soap, lotion, shampoo, etc. It was easy to get in and out with the code, and we never had trouble parking. We really enjoyed the location! With 3 kiddos under 10, we spent lots of time playing in the nearby green spaces and river. There are lots of activities and restaurants within walking distance, and town is a short drive away. It got warm during the afternoon since there is no AC, but the fans were helpful. It was easy to crack the windows at night to help keep the unit cool. We loved everything about our stay!

Everything was great except the blankets!

Loved the condo and location. For such a nice place the only thing that was not up to par was the blankets on the beds - 70 style velour think blankets between two sheets not enough for winter and also not luxurious and kind of gross ( some of the blankets had holes in them) - should have been duvets with covers for the price we paid. Otherwise we loved the place!

Wonderful

The condo is cozy and has a very convenient location. We had plenty of room for our family, and could all sit outside and enjoy the view off the balcony. The close proximity to the gondola and to a few shops is awesome! There is a bus stop just a few feet away from the condo also. This helped with getting downtown and to Walmart. There are a few cons.. The appliances and furniture need some updating. The beds are extremely hard and pillows are flat. There is minimal supplies provided so be prepared, especially if you want coffee first thing in the morning. Over all this is a wonderful location and we very much enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed another stay at Dulany. Excellent accommodations and location. The only things to note.... TV in the family room. It does not get any channels at all. No network television channels. We had to watch the super bowl crowded around the TV in the bedroom. We called front desk and never heard back. We emailed as well - no response. We requested an 11:30 check out. We were granted an 11:00 checkout which was appreciated. The extra 30 minutes would have been appreciated as we just had to stand outside with our luggage waiting for our airport shuttle.

No Working Wifi

We booked a 5 day stay with the understanding we would have wifi access. We were unable to connect and despite reaching out repeatedly, the issue was never resolved and customer service was unconcerned and unresponsive. I have waited almost 2 weeks for a follow up and did not receive one.

Excellent Condo/Location

The condominium is literally approximate five minute walk from the base of the gondola. Is a corner unit and you have great views of the ski slope as well as the town. The condo was clean and updated. Is a bit more expensive than other places but I think it’s well worth the cost if you can afford it.

Great location! Comfortable unit!

We had a great stay at Dulaney 303. You can’t beat the location, easy check-in/checkout, and space. Hot tubs were a treat at the end of the day. We had friends in the building ask it was easy to hop around for families.

We loved this condo. Very spa is out. Very comfy beds and couch. Very clean, close to everything. In a beautiful setting with a great view. Easy check in and out. Had a great time . Very happy we went with this condo instead of a hotel. Will stay again.
