Break at Breck

This spot is great for a couple or potentially family with one or two littles! Nicely renovated with beautiful views off the patio of Maggie pond and the creek. Centrally located so you can walk everywhere. Absolutely stunning during the summer!!!

Fantastic Stay

Great location and everything went smoothly! Hot tub and pool was a group favorite with the amazing view of the mountain. Room was comfortable and felt spacious.

Ski trip

Location was perfect! Ski lift was a very short few minute walk from the room. Multiple food options are around the area as well as breweries. Room was very nice and clean.

Great stay!

Summertime in Breck is awesome. We loved the spaciousness of this unit and the sound of the creek below. Perfect location to everything. We loved the pool as well. We will definitely be back. Check in process was great too.

Terrific location

The location was right in the heart of things. The unit had a lovely view. Everything was easy to use. Our kids slept on the pullout couch-- no complaints. It was really a lovely unit in a perfect spot.

Almost perfect!

The location of this unit was amazing!! We loved the condo also, my one and only complaint would be get a new mattress, sooooo uncomfortable. Other than that, wonderful stay!

Nice and clean

Condo had everything we needed and was clean. I was worried about parking bc lots of online complaints about it being confusing, but if you can read a map you can park with no problem. The pool was closed for 2 days and that was disappointing.

Main Street Station 1307

The condo is spacious and decorated well. Some of the furniture pictured has been changed. The mattress was not comfortable at all but that’s a personal preference.

Great location

This condo is on the third floor and in an excellent location. We walked to all the shops and restaurants easily. Check in at the front desk was easy and the staff was friendly. The view from the patio was very nice.The unit itself only provided two washcloths for a three night two person stay and when we messaged the host they did not respond until the following day. The bed was also very hard and made for a restless nights sleep. Also note there is no air conditioning!! The listing said heated but did not say no AC. The unit was very warm our entire stay even with the windows open.

Great space and location

We’ve stayed in the building next door so knew what to expect with the location, but the spaciousness of this one bedroom was amazing. Great location to walking to and around downtown Breck,including a grocery store, and even with kids in tow. Also the ski valet and easy walk to Peak 9 Base can’t be beat. Peak 9 was closed this late in the season, so check if that’s critical to your stay, but the price and location and amenities can’t be beat. Also nice soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Better than most hotels.

Great location in Breck!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It’s in a great location; walking distance to everything including the lifts. Hard to beat for the price!

Beautiful view of Mountains

Great location can walk anywhere, under ground parking was wonderful, right across hall from washer and dryer room, warm cozy with fireplace and great view of mountains, had problems with key a couple times at the gate to get our car in and only thing is king bed is so low to ground but otherwise would probably be back it was a beautiful place.
