Step outside onto your private balcony and survey a beautiful scene of Steamboat Springs at this two-bedroom condo in EagleRidge Lodge. Ideally positioned within a short stroll (or a free winter shuttle ride) of the gondola, this condo is a wonderful home base for skiers, snowboarders, hikers, and mountain bikers alike. Grab a warm pair of socks from the washer/dryer each morning, sit down for a hearty breakfast at the kitchen counter or the dining room table, and head out the door to hit the slopes for the day. You'll come home to a gas fireplace, three flatscreen TVs and a DVD player, and on-site amenities that include a heated swimming pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter shuttle to connect you to Steamboat's countless attractions.

This condo is part of the EagleRidge Lodge in Steamboat Springs, a complex that's ideally positioned just a quarter-mile stroll from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter months, the resort offers 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants that include The Laundry, Salt and Lime, and Carl's Tavern, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

Comfortable place & great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The description was right on, within walking distance to the base of the ski mountain or a 3 min shuttle ride (which came every 10min). The unit was comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and clean. The hot tubs (and pool) were heaven after a day on the slopes. The secure ski lockers in the lobby area were great to have too.

Convenience and comfort!

This condo was very easy all around. The shuttle was smooth, and close to the slopes. Coming and going with young kids was about as easy as it gets with skiing in mind. The pool and hot tub were also well kept and very nice! Loved the amenities and would stay here again.

Great summer getaway

The condo was in a great location walking distance to mountain village and 10 min drive to downtown. Condo was very clean had all the amenities even air conditioning… which was great to have for the hot summer weekend. Condo was also very close pool, hot tubs and firepit!

Great family stay

Good spot for our family with two young kids. Close to the pool but not looking right at it. Unit has AC which is so necessary in the summer! Wish there was an actual person to communicate about check in/out extensions but not a big deal. It’s basically a hotel. The AC unit in the primary bedroom was dropping condensation so we had to put a bucket under it but otherwise everything was in good shape! Appreciated the high chair and pack n play available.

The staff is wonderful, very kind and friendly. The proximity to the slopes and town, including the frequent shuttle make this my go to every time!
