This three-bedroom, three-bathroom Canyon Creek condo is a wonderful spot for a special occasion or a family retreat, offering two fireplaces, one in the living room and another in the master bedroom. You'll also have access to heated underground parking, complimentary ski storage, an outdoor hot tub, an outdoor pool, an exercise room, ski shuttles, and an on-call winter shuttle to take you into town - all just 200 yards from the gondola.

Canyon Creek B301 features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area with a large table for six, and a living room with comfortable furnishings and access to a private, covered balcony. At-home comforts and conveniences include a private washer/dryer, four flatscreen TVs, three DVD players, and WiFi for your enjoyment. The master bedroom, with its own gas fireplace, has a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an attached bathroom, and the third bedroom features two twins (which can be converted into a king-size bed upon request) and an attached bathroom. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area offers extra sleeping space.

Clean and exactly as advertised

This was a great little place. Cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed at in a very long time. Common area is a little tight but in the summer with it being close to bike path and base area we didn’t spend much time in the condo. Pool was perfect size for our 9,7,3yo. It was a great place!

Canyon Creek Steamboat Affordable Stay

Good, no frills apartment with great access to gondola square, local grocery/liquor store (Wild Plum), ski rental (Christie’s) and restaurant/bar (Aprés Burger and Pub). Garage parking, heated pool/hot tub and shuttle service are great amenities. If you are looking for more upscale finishes (newer appliances, furniture, bathroom fixtures) this isn’t the place but for the price and location it was perfect for our family.

Efficient to mountain

Easy to get to mountain via shuttles, which run constantly. Place is missing many basics—salt, pepper, oil, bath mats, etc. Walls are very banged Guy at front desk is great-kind, helpful. Hot tub is great.

Ski trip

Very comfortable single level three bedroom three bath condo on the third floor with an elevator. Also had underground parking, which was nice. Easy access to the Jacuzzi and pool. About a seven or eight minute walk to the slopes. Also a shuttle could pick you up right in front of the condo unit. The shuttle is free.

Easy ski trip!

This condo is situated a short walk from the bottom of the mountain. We could walk with our skis and boots on and be on a lift in 10 minutes! The condo common space is small but well laid out and our party of 8 fit just fine. There are other great amenities like a great grocer/deli/coffee shop and a taproom (Storm Peak) just a few steps away. The staff at the complex was very sweet and helpful as well.

Owner of Condo Cancelled On Us With 1 Week Till Stay

This owner cancelled our reservation about 1 Week before we were scheduled to leave. The management company told us the owner was planning to use the condo and did not care that it was already booked, we had booked it months before. Do not stay here, this owner is terrible.

Always a pleasure

We've always liked staying here, it's the second time for us. Good for a family of four with separate rooms for teenagers. Close to the Wild Plum for any groceries, and also close to the Steamboat base area. Great location for launching from, including proximity to the Fish Creek Falls park area if you like to hike.

The best yet!

We’ve been staying at different places on the mountain for the last 20 years. Some places are better than others, but this condo was one of the best yet. Stayed over closing weekend with very few guests in the complex or the mountain. Price was just right. Proximity to the mountain was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Hope to visit again.

Very Nice condo

The condo is nice and spacious, and kitchen is well stocked. The couch is very uncomfortable and the blinds on the sliding glass door are broken and missing several. A five star would have been given if the couch and blinds we better. Great location to walk as well.
