Cancellation policies for 30+ night rentals are custom per booking depending on length of stay.

A $3500 security deposit, midstay cleans, and a long term rental agreement are required for 30+ night stays. The number of midstay cleans is dependent on the length of stay. Approval required before booking. Please reach out prior to booking with any questions.

Please note -- We know accidents may happen. We charge a required non-refundable fee, for all bookings of 29 nights or less, to cover any small damages and wear and tear that may have occurred during your stay. Damages caused by gross negligence or violation of the house rules are not covered by this fee. This fee will be charged through our Guest Experience software Enso Connect. The condo was great! It was very clean and the host provided everything to make our stay comfortable. The only two things I would add is to let guests know that ski racks will not fit in the garage and provide a few more coffee mugs so they don't have to run the dw every night. Wish there was more snow before our arrival, but we still had fun skiing. Great location!

Fantastic Location

This was the perfect rental for our family of 4. The proximity to the slopes, shopping, and dining was great and made our New Year's getaway easy. The festive decorations and view of holiday fireworks was amazing. Oh, and the condo was very comfy as well. Would totally stay again.

Everything about this stay was perfect. We were able to sleep our two kids, my in laws and my husband and I perfectly. The view was stunning and we were even able to glimpse a bear from the balcony. The pool and hot tub facilities were great and refreshing. Recommend highly.

Great Slope-Side Condo

This condo is exactly as pictured and described...it is literally right next to the ski mountain! We had a great weekend watching mountain bikers and trail runners coming down and it was a short walk downtown to go out to eat. There was also great hiking right out the door. The condo was clean and had everything we needed...we would definitely visit again!

Perfect Ski In and very easy 5 min walk access to slopes and lifts

As advertised, a terrific condo with all amenities, with great south facing balcony overlooking base of Steamboat, nice hot tub both indoors and out. Could use a few upgrades like a new Toaster, addition of Kettle for tea drinkers and kitchen sink has slow drain. Overall, we would book again!

Just the best!

This condo was clean, well stocked (tp, paper towels, dishwasher and dish soap, kitchen towels…), and very comfortable/homey. It felt like staying in a condo that friends/family own. Hot tubs, sauna, indoor pool, ski in/out…this condo had it all. Laundry at the end of the hall too. Loved our time and accommodations in Steamboat. The views were spectacular too!

Overall excellent experience at Bronzetree #307.

Great location minutes to Gondola Village and Christie Express Chairlift. Ski to the front door of the complex and with convenient storage locker just inside the door. The unit is clean, updated and comfortably sleeps 4 up to 6 people. Was perfect for our group of 3 friends. Beautiful Mountain View’s from the main living room and bedrooms. Very functional kitchen. The shuttle service is fast and convenient with front door pickup to anywhere in town or to Steamboat Village.

Great location and view to base area

This property is in a very good location. Overall very clean. Did have stain on a comforter, and the unit could use some new pots and pans as most were warped due to heat and will not cook evenly. These aren't huge issues, just some things that needed attention. The littles may have some struggle negotiating the stairs in ski gear. Great view!! Other than, that location, location, location!!!
