House Rules & Important Information

• Commercial activities and professional video recording are not permitted on the property.
• A refundable $500 security deposit is required prior to arrival.
• For July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required. Fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $750 fee plus any additional damages or loss of bookings caused by smoke odor.
• Failure to follow house rules may result in loss of security deposit.
• Security deposits cannot be paid via credit card.
• Pool heating is available for an additional fee.

Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Parking is available on the street directly in front of the house

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am

4. A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
