Great location. Beautiful beach. Loved the balcony view of the ocean and beach. The king bed does need replaced. It is not in good shape. Regardless, we had a wonderful vacation.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Never once had a long wait for the elevators. Very family friendly. Definitely recommended top 5 places to stay in PCB. Our host 10/10!!!! Very accommodating with any questions asked, FAST response, made check in an absolute breeze. We literally just showed up and started vacationing she handled the rest! We will be back SOON!

Every thing was great accept the sliding door to the balcony was hard to open and close, besides that every thing was perfect. I would like to make a suggestion if i may. it make much easier on the elderly, as myself, if there was a ramp at the beach access instead of steps,that would be a big help for my part and others also..Thanks a lot.

Water plant had a main break so went days without water even when some of the building had it. They did compt me for an additional day due to this though.

We certainly wish we had the ability to repair a municipal water main, but unfortunately that's well outside the scope of vacation rental management. As soon as the local utility restored service, water returned to the property. While we know the disruption was frustrating, we did provide an additional night as compensation even though the outage was beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and hope you'll consider staying with Book That Condo again.
