Great place close to the lake. Wish there was a laundry but overall a great experience and accurate listing. I would definitely stay here again. Liked the layout with two rooms on each side. Great large deck on the rear if one chooses to grill.

Thank you for the wonderful review. We're so glad the layout with two rooms on each side worked well for you, and that the large rear deck made a great spot for grilling. We appreciate the note about laundry too, and it's helpful feedback for us to consider. We'd love to host you again whenever your travels bring you back to the lake. The VueStay Team

Excellent rental property!

One of the nicest rental properties we have stayed in! The beds were comfortable and the house was incredibly clean. The newly updated back porch was amazing! The vacasa staff were helpful with pre-trip questions. We will absolutely stay here again!

Lovely Area

Lake Junaluska is absolutely breathtaking and this home is just a short walk away from the prayer chapel and lake loop. The house met our needs, we booked last minute and really just needed a place to rest our heads. Not incredibly cozy, but beds were comfy and we had the basics of what we needed! Perfect for a short stay where we could spend most of our time nearby outdoors!

The B's Nest was an A+

We used the house as our hub for a quick get-a-way for our annual 3-generation of men golf trip, and I'm glad we did. The house was perfect for us, the beds were comfortable, finding it was easy, and it provided a great space for playing cards, cooking, bragging about all the bad shots we hit, and getting a little rest too. We'd highly recommend it!

Nice home, not conducive for extended stay.

Positive: great location with access to the community amenities. The area offers a lot to do within an hour driving distance…golf, farms, waterfalls, hiking. Negative: No washer/dryer in the house (my fault when booking…I did not notice that it stated “coin laundry available”. Makes an extended stay vacation a bit of a challenge. Outdoor activities produce a lot of wet and dirty clothes. Also, the online listing said there was a grill available…there is a grill, but marked for “owner use only”! This was very disappointing because we are homebodies and like to grill and cook instead of eating out every meal. Cooking means cleaning up, again, lots of towels to wash and spending a morning at the laundromat was okay, but on vacation, not something preferable. We use Vrbo for most of our vacationing…I am not a big fan when the property is managed by Vacasa. My experience is there is no communication with the actual owner…not even a book to sign. Also, most Vrbo owners leave some type of welcome basket with a few goodies to get you through the first hours before a grocery run! Snacks, fruit, etc. just a nice gesture.

We really liked the place. There were several things though. The faucet in the left bathroom was loose and moved when you tried to turn it on or off. You had to use both hands. Also, there was no hand soap in the bathrooms. We would definitely stay there again.
