The Space:

Nestled in the Smoky Mountains, Moose Creek Lodge is a gorgeous log cabin with all the on-site amenities you've been hoping for. Boasting two levels of comfort and relaxation, this home is dressed with Native American decor & rustic furniture in the den. An outdoor firepit and deck are available for enjoying the cool evenings while toasting marshmallows with the kids. Speaking of the little ones, they'll love playing in the creek while the adults catch up over glasses of delicious wine.



The home is also dog-friendly with a fenced in yard and gates on the front porch, so you can bring every member of the family to play. This home has three bedrooms on the first level. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and access to the porch, the second has a twin-over-double bunk, and the third has a twin bunk. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king-size bed, a comfy sitting area, and an en-suite bathroom.



What’s nearby: This home is in the charming town of Sylva in the Great Smoky Mountains. It is in a quiet location just 10-minutes from dining and shopping. You will be near many options for exploring the outdoors with hiking, biking, and river rafting nearby. Pick up all the bait and tackle you need for today's fishing adventure at places like Tuckaseegee Fly Shop and Dream Catcher's Fishing. If you’re looking for a rustic place where no one will bother you, this is your place. While the place can use some updates and repairs, it is very clean and comfortable. There is plenty of wildlife in the area, and if so chose, you can completely go off grid with the world as there is not any cell signal. There is WiFi that is available. Hot tub fits 4 comfortably. A small stream adds to the nature feel with the clean running water. The community road can be daunting though as it is has steep hills and is gravel, so be prepared and having a higher profile vehicle is necessary, not a lower riding car

Great Family Getaway!

This was the perfect location to reconnect as a family. Time was spent walking the hills, doing puzzles, playing games, relaxing In the hot tub, and laughing by the campfire. Great cabin, great location. A lot of privacy.

Enjoyed the cabin. It was comfortable and roomy. However, was disappointed with hot tub (temperature would not increase above 62) and wood stove in living room was not operable.

Great mountain getaway

We had an incredible time at the cabin! Finding it in the rain and dark was a bit interesting, but it is beautifully kept, clean, organized, and has all the kitchen must haves. Plenty of room for a small group of two like us or a larger group. Would definitely come back! Lots to do around the area.
