Great location, and we felt very safe during our stay. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and the apartment was a comfortable base for exploring the area. Location is incredibly convenient: 6 min walk to train station, 4 min walk to grocery store.A few things for future guests to be aware of:Coffee maker: The check-in instructions specified which pods to purchase, so we bought them in advance. The host confirmed the pods were correct and that the machine needed servicing, but we received no further follow-up. The pods were unusable, and we had to buy coffee out each day.Linens: As noted in other reviews, they are quite worn with an odor.Nighttime noise: A beautiful clock across the street chimes every 15 minutes. We loved it, but light sleepers or families with young children may want to know.Stairs: (as noted in another review) The apartment is accessed by a narrow flight of stairs. This did not bother us, but worth noting for those with mobility issues.Helpful tip: the tourist tax (you leave cash, not included in VRBO fees) includes a regional guest card with transportation benefits and discounts. We only learned about it on our final day, so it’s worth researching in advance.Overall, we enjoyed the location and felt very comfortable and safe in the neighborhood.
