Great space! The slide for the kids was so fun and the hot tub on the deck was fun for the parents! Also close to town, and other places in the area for eating, hiking, and tubing!

Beautiful home, beautiful view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Moss Creek Cabin. The home was beautiful, the view amazing, and the paved road made it easily accessible on our motorcycles.

Great house

The house was perfect for all our needs. The only suggestion I would make is to close off the crawlspaces because they are a little creepy.

Beautiful, well-appointed home but…

Not clean (dead bugs everywhere, floors dirty, empty water bottles in bedroom). Not ready by 4pm. Neighbors yelled, dogs barked, and gun shots close by until midnight every night. Absolutely beautiful home, decor, amenities though. Hot tub and patio and kids play area are great and the mountains are stunning.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are glad to hear that you’re enjoying the beauty of the home, the thoughtful decor, the amenities like the hot tub and patio, the kids’ play area, and those stunning mountain view. At the same time, we are truly sorry to learn about the cleanliness issues you encountered, including the dead bugs, dirty floors, and empty water bottles. This is certainly not the standard we strive to uphold, and we apologize for any discomfort this caused. Additionally, we understand how frustrating it must have been to experience the home not being ready on time, as well as the noise disturbances from neighbors, dogs, and gunshots late into the night. Your peace and comfort are very important to us, and we regret that these issues impacted your stay. We have shared your concerns with our local team to address the cleanliness and readiness of the home promptly. We will also review the noise complaints with our team to help ensure a more restful environment for you and future guests. Thank you again for your honest feedback and we hope you will give us the opportunity to host you again.

This was our second time to rent this cabin. We only had one issue the first time. Unfortunately this time we had several. The biggest issue was with the Wi-Fi, which affected the TV, phones and tablets. It went out the second day and did not get corrected until late afternoon the day before we left. It took three calls over that time span in order for someone to come and reset the router box. Also, we were unable to use the coffee pot that was provided. Each time we tried to use it a breaker was tripped. We did find it hard using the key since it was wired to the box but the wire was not long enough. The wire broke from stretching it and the key almost fell through the floor which would’ve been a nightmare to retrieve! It would have worked much better with some type of elastic or retractable cord. We did enjoy the hot tub but it would have been nice if there had been some type of privacy screen since there are neighbors close. (We did make that suggestion after our first visit.) Also, for safety reasons, it would seem appropriate to have some type of bars or fencing between the post so someone can’t fall out of the hot tub which is about 8’. We did enjoy the beautiful views and the paved driveway! The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed along with the bedroom and bathroom areas.Overall, our stay was less than optimal since we spent our time texting or calling VueStay instead of doing the things that we have planned to do!
