Welcome to Peachy's Quaint Yellow House by the Park. A charming and updated home overlooking beautiful Chamberlain Park in Deer Park, just minutes from downtown Cincinnati and 5 minutes from Kenwood Towne Center.
This cozy retreat now sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably with the addition of a newly finished lower level featuring:
Private basement bedroom
Full bathroom
Smart TV
Mini refrigerator
Coffee maker, toaster and microwave oven
Dedicated workspace for remote workers.

The main level offers:

A Note About the Garden
The backyard is also my personal garden, which I lovingly maintain throughout the season.
You're welcome to relax in the outdoor space, enjoy the fire pit, grill and outdoor dining area during your stay.
To respect your privacy, if I see cars parked on the driveway, I'll assume you're enjoying the house and won't stop by to tend the garden. I'll come back another time so I won't interrupt your stay.
If you happen to see me tending the garden while you're out driving, please don't hesitate to say hello.

While the backyard and garden is not part of your rental, you're welcome to relax and enjoy the outdoor seating, fire pit and grilling area whenever you'd like.
I hope you enjoy your stay.

Great location and clean. The host was very accompanying and made our stay excellent. The location itself was in a neighborhood that included retail for everyone needed for a comfortable stay.

My two brothers and I met in Cincinnati to watch a pirate game and spend time together. We loved the house.It was directly across from the park, which gave us a place to look at from the front porch and to walk. We walked to lunch the first day and we walked to dinner the second day. I highly recommend the house, the host and the city!

The property had a good location and enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Communication was good with the owner. The property however, was not very clean. We actually had to clean the bathrooms. We felt like the floors hadn’t been mopped in a while either. A ceiling fan and a TV were also not functioning. It was an OK stay..

The home is absolutely beautiful. Very clean, comfy beds. The back yard is an incredible space for relaxing with everyone in your group. The kitchen and grill are fully stocked with all you need to cook meals or grill out, just bring the food. The gardens are a wonderful touch with lots of herbs to use while you stay there and the indoor plants are gorgeous and well maintained. They had an outdoor movie at the park across the street on Saturday night. 10/10 recommend!
