The lower level den is your go-to hangout spot - a full pool table (triangle, all balls, four sticks with tips, and chalk included) anchors the space, and a 55" smart TV keeps things lively when the games pause. Upstairs in the main living room, another 55" smart TV pairs perfectly with the gas fireplace for laid-back evenings.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for everything from a big family breakfast to a holiday dinner. You'll find a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, stand mixer, and a complete set of cookware including saucepans, a stockpot, frying pan, and baking pans. Place settings are sized for all 14 guests - plates, mugs, juice glasses, wine glasses, and full cutlery - plus a knife block, cutting boards, and grilling utensils. Kids are covered too, with a dedicated kids' eating and drinking set and a pack-and-play available. A dishwasher makes cleanup easy, and a garbage disposal keeps the kitchen running smoothly.



Technology



8 smart TVs throughout the home - a 55" in the main level living room, a 55" in the lower level den, and a 42" smart TV in each of the six bedrooms. All TVs have remotes. WiFi is available throughout the property.



Laundry



A full-size washer and dryer are available in the home - a true convenience for longer stays or families with kids.



Outdoor



Step out to the back patio where a wood-burning fire pit sets the mood for s'mores, stories, and starlit evenings. The private hot tub - fully operational and equipped with a handicap lift - is ready year-round. A fully working propane grill is available. Propane refills are the guest's responsibility.



Handicap Ramp

For guests using the handicap-accessible ramp, we recommend bringing a shovel in case of snow.



Guest Access:

Check-in is self-directed smartlock entry with a lockbox is located on the porch by the entry door. Parking for up to 6 cars is available on the paved driveway near the community entrance. Please note the driveway is narrow and four-wheel drive is recommended, particularly in winter. Your host is available if questions come up, and the home has everything you need to settle in and get comfortable right away.

Other Things to Note:

★ No pets allowed

★ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

★ If using the hot tub lift, due to sanitary reasons, you will need to bring your own sling

★ 4 steps up to the front entry - wheelchair ramp is located to the right of the steps

★ 14 stairs to the upper level, 14 stairs to the lower level

★ Elevator available between the main level and lower level

★ Hot tub is accessed by 3 steps up - a handicap lift is available

★ Driveway is paved but narrow - four-wheel drive is recommended

★ Road salt and a snow shovel are provided for winter stays

★ Dumpster is located at the entrance of the community, to the left of the gate
