The Gerrard by Casa Hotels is a fully contactless property — there is no front desk or traditional hotel lobby.

Our properties are designed to provide a residential-style stay, rather than a traditional hotel experience.

Daily housekeeping is not provided; however, cleaning supplies and equipment are available in the property for your convenience throughout your stay.



Guest Access:

• Exterior access requires stairs or steps leading to the entrance, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns

• Self check in via smart lock for convenient and secure entry

• Convenient paid parking is available at Green P Carpark 179 across the street, with coin and credit card payment options available at the meter station (height restriction: 2.15 m / 7.05 ft)

• We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and recommend avoiding online orders, as delivery times cannot be guaranteed within your stay.



• Please Note: The bathroom features a compact walk-in shower. Guests who are taller or have a larger build may find the space tighter than a standard shower stall.

House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4. For safety reasons, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly not allowed on the premises.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
