The space
This space is a true garage unit - but has all the glam of a luxurious studio apartment (and a few very cool touches, too!). The space is brand new, 400 square feet colorful and fun, and full of comforting amenities. The unit is one large space, approximately 420 sq feet and includes a kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave - plus a number of small counter top appliances) and a full bathroom. Off-street parking right in our driveway.

Please note - this is a bottom floor unit and there is an apartment above (also on Airbnb). We do have quiet hours from 10 PM - 7 AM, but for light sleepers you may hear footsteps and movement above.

Park directly outside the unit safely in our driveway. The unit is a single level for easy access.
