- Guests are required to sign a Guest Stay Agreement with Copper Key Properties and acknowledge HOA rules
- Refundable security deposit required
- Cancellation of 60 days before stay in effect for high season (November - April), otherwise 30-days.
- A well-behaved small dog may be acceptable on a case-by-case basis with higher security deposit and pet rent
- This home is designed for peace, relaxation, and enjoying the beautiful surroundings; it is not a party house
- HOA noise guidelines are strictly enforced
- No smoking permitted anywhere on the property, inside or outside
- Parking for one vehicle in the carport; street parking available for a second vehicle
- Summer stays pay for A/C usage above a $250 credit. Depending on temperatures chosen, we estimate the threshold would not go past $500/month ($250 out of pocket supplement /month).
