Ce condo d'une chambre est situé dans la phase 4 du Mesquite Country Club. Il est fabuleusement rénové avec un lit king size et de beaux meubles.

Il y a deux patios privés - l'un face à la piscine (proche mais pas trop prÚs) et l'autre donne sur les montagnes de San Jacinto. Votre terrasse a un barbecue et une table et des chaises pour ces fabuleuses nuits à Palm Springs. L'unité est livrée avec une laveuse et une sécheuse et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances fantastiques. mesquite a de beaux sentiers de randonnée et il est juste en face du club de golf.

Awesome vacation spot!

My husband and I stayed for 10 days and loved this condo. It was clean and well supplied and such a treat. The condo was spotless and Christina was great to rent from. We loved being centrally located in Palm Springs. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and the pool area was relaxing and clean. We grilled, sat outside, met some wonderful neighbors and would love to come back.

Palm Springs during busy season

The property was simple, tasteful, clean. The unit was tranquil with the pool very nearby. My only problem was with using the VRBO email system with multiple security codes that kept timing out. I couldn’t get back into our message trail to learn checkout procedures. The host Christina was great and clear.

We enjoyed a lovely week (with other "snow-bird" neighbors who were also seeking relief from their inhospitable home climates!). The unit is just as described in the VRBO listing. It is very conveniently located; and shopping, dining, and exploring are easy from this location! Thanks!MM

Quiet and Pretty Complex

We liked the Mesquite Golf and Country Club. Palm Springs is small and the location was good for visiting around town and outside by car. It was very quiet there. They have a swimming pool, hot tub and pickle ball/ Tennis courts. The unit was clean and we found the firm king bed comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The patio unfortunately does not get much sun due to the location and the mountains. It is basic but does have a bbq. Two restaurants we liked were Spencer’s and Ruben and Ozzie’s. Best burgers are at Tyler’s. If you’re new to the area, a ride up the mountain on a tram was well worth doing. The views are awesome! We also enjoyed hikes at Tahquitz Falls, a rocky 315 foot climb up to the falls, as well as Indian Canyons.

Awesome stay!

Very nice condo! Pool and jacuzzi relaxing, rooms clean and functional. Quiet. Safe. Only thing I would recommend they change is drapes do not cover entire windows in bedroom which was irritating but a sheet did the trick. Would definitely recommend!!

Lovely Palm Springs condo

My husband and I stayed for a week in December, 2023. The place is clean, modern, has a comfy king bed, nice views, and is a very short walk to a lovely pool and hot tub. The complex is very well-maintained. Our unit had lovely privacy and felt intimate despite being in a large development. Palm Springs downtown is a short drive away. Highly recommend Joshua Tree!!! We would love to stay here again!

Great Stay

This one bedroom condo is perfectly located in the city of PS. Very clean and well stocked with the basics you need while on vacation. Host was excellent and would definitely recommend.

OK property but had some glitches

On a positive side the property was clean and had a good kitchen and easy access to a nice community pool. On the negative side, no one answered my call at the entry gate so I waited for another driver to go through the gate to gain entry. I had some trouble figuring out AC and host did not return my phone message about that. I also was uncompfortable on this type of mattress - very firm tempurpedic, so overall it wasn't my best vrbo experience.

Great location. Unit is perfect for 2 people. Kitchen is fantastic. Christina was quick to respond to any questions. Pool and hot tub were lovely. Quiet grouping of units. Bed was comfortable. Only recommendation would be to replace the bathtub/shower/faucet.

Convenient Location

The property had everything we needed - a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, good AC and a location that was convenient to stores and restaurants. The complex was generally quite quiet with one exception. The wall between our bedroom and the neighboring condo unit was thin enough that we were unfortunately serenaded by the neighbor’s snoring. While the unit was generally pretty clean, the carpet was stained, the AC vent was crusty with dirt and the area under the bed was a dust bunny haven. There were a few minor items in need of repair, but most items were fully functional. The community pool was close and very welcome, given the temps while we were there. In general, our visit was a positive one and we would consider another stay if we are in the area again.

Private Villa Perfect For a Couple

My partner and I stayed here in May 2022. We wanted a quiet getaway, and that's exactly what we got! The villa is the perfect size for 2 people. Loads of space, with a modern kitchen and a huge king bed. The A/C worked really well, which was a relief when the outside temp reached 105F. We used the common pool everyday, which was only a few steps from the back patio. Lots of sunbeds available, but sadly no umbrellas FYI. There are so many pools in the gated community, that ours was very private - we saw maybe one or two neighbours every now and then through our 10-day visit. The community is very quiet and everyone is very respectful of their neighbours. Loads of parking close to the villa. And the location is a very short drive to all types of shopping, as well as not too far from dowtown proper. Given the opportunity, we would most definitely stay here again. Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay!

A Great Stay

The condo is very nice and in a good location. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and how easy it was to access it from the Condo. Christine was friendly, easy to work with and very helpful. One thing we would have appreciated is more towels and wash cloths in the bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay.

Wonderful place for quiet relaxation and access to Palm Springs

Everything you need for a pleasant stay in Palm Springs. Location was wonderful for access to hiking, golf, dining, and groceries. Probably the top thing was it's quiet location and peaceful setting. Host was wonderful in all aspects and I would most definitely stay again.
