Cottage I — The Front Designer Cottage
King primary suite plus a guest room (1 queen + 1 full). Sprawling chef's kitchen with espresso bar, an expansive rocking-chair front porch, and an exclusive ground-level stone fire-pit lounge.

Cottage II — The Rear Treehouse
Two private bedrooms (1 queen each) with room-darkening shades, a second full gourmet kitchen, a dedicated workspace, and a private elevated rooftop deck with a gas fireplace — perfect for cooler evenings.

Other things to note

Pet-friendly for dogs: $150 for the first dog, $100 per additional dog. Cats considered case-by-case for longer stays, with additional fees and prior approval.

Undisclosed pets are charged $500; uncleaned pet messes $25 each. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage.

Service animals are welcome in accordance with ADA. To keep the space comfortable for everyone, the animal cannot be left unattended at any time, must stay off furniture and counters unless required for the guest's disability, and should be leashed where appropriate. Guests are responsible for any damage, and all messes must be cleaned up promptly.

Strictly no parties or events — we keep a quiet, comfortable atmosphere for guests and neighbors.
