- Parking : One designated parking spot is included with the unit. Please park only in your assigned spot — unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.

- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

- Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. This limit is strictly enforced,

and no additional visitors are permitted without prior approval.

- No smoking permitted.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement

and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

-We encourage guests to enjoy outdoor spaces responsibly, minimizing noise levels, particularly

during quiet hours 9pm-8am.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
