NOUVELLE LISTE! Spacieuse maison de plage récemment rénovée

Superbe maison rénovée. L'unité est située dans le complexe Solana Beach et Tennis Club Beach. Juste un 100 étapes à l'entrée de la plage. Les chambres disposent de lits king-size dans les deux chambres en bas avec 2 salles de bain complÚtes, 4 lits superposés pleine grandeur dans la grande chambre des enfants au dernier étage avec sa propre salle de bains. Il y a aussi 2 lits gigognes queen dans l'unité. Liste comme 8 mais l'unité peut dormir jusqu'à 12 (avec accord préalable). Complexe a piscines, plusieurs spa / jacuzzi, courts de tennis, ping-pong et billard. Le complexe dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec laveuse et sécheuse. La table à manger peut accueillir 12 personnes. L'unité fournit également 6 planches de bodyboard, 12 serviettes de plage, 8 chaises de plage, 2 parasols, et beaucoup d'autres choses de plage. Il y a deux places de stationnement assignées dans le garage sécurisé. Le quartier de Cedro, le circuit automobile de Del Mar, Fletcher Cove et Dog Beach sont tous accessibles à pied. Beaucoup de magasins et de restaurants autour de la zone qui sont tous à distance de marche

Host was very accommodating, the place had lots of beds and could handle a lot of guests. The association has a nice view of the ocean with stairs down to the beach. Not a lot of natural light in the condo, but fortunately there is good lighting in each room. Lots of beach equipment, toys, games, etc. Fun stay!

The complex is in a great location with easy access to the beautiful, uncrowded beach, restaurants, Highway 101 etc. It's an easy drive to Safari Park, Botanical Garden, Zoo, Torrey Pines. We got detailed instructions from Mimi, who was kind enough to be available in case of problems or questions. We had no problems! We enjoyed the swimming pool too and had something interesting to do every day.

This property was amazing! I was glad when Mimi told us that the condo was fully stocked. Believe me, this condo is truly FULLY stocked! We had so much fun boogie boarding at the beach, lounging in the chairs, using the umbrellas, and (most of all) playing tennis with the provided tennis rackets and balls. There is also a big variety of games, puzzles and books if you need some downtime inside. The set up was perfect for our group (teens had their own space upstairs, adults enjoyed the 2 king beds downstairs). The kitchen was also fully stocked, we had everything we needed to cook. The condo was also as clean as a whistle when we arrived. I would definitely book this property again and would highly recommend!

Great location on Solana Beach

Clean and very well equipped for an excellent weak at the beach. All of the amenities and extras were in great shape from beds to boogie boards to beach chairs and beach towels. Excellent! The grounds and pools were also in very good shape. Host Mimi was great to work with also. Would definitely go back again :-)

Spring Break Family Get-A-Way

Our family loved this location and unit. We found the condo to be well-stocked with beach fun items, recreation, games, towels, and more! Very conveniently located near parking garage and brief walk to the beach, restaurants, and other shops. The complex is safe and quiet with quick access to the freeway and other high-interest destinations. Things to note: if you’re traveling with anyone with mobility issues
 there are a lot of steps. In the unit - to the beach - from parking garage.

Beachfront complex great for families

The unit itself is not directly on the beach but it is a very short walk. The apartment is spacious and easily accommodated our family of five adults, with everyone having plenty of personal space. The kitchen and amenities are fully stocked, probably one of the best I’ve seen in rentals. Host was easy to communicate with and helpful. Walking distance to a CVS made it easy to grab quick essentials, and there are plenty of stores and restaurants available nearby. Quick access to the freeway and a 20 minute drive to downtown San Diego attractions, give or take traffic conditions.

Had everything we needed

Very well stocked condo. Had everything we needed, and more. Great tennis courts, heated pool, hot tub. Short walk to beach. Could have used more natural light, but you don’t stay in the condo for long when in SD! Comfy beds. Lots of room for the kids.

Perfect and easy

We had a perfect stay at this wonderful VRBO! The home was spotless, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was easy to settle in and feel right at home. We even made friends with the nicest neighbors a couple doors down, which made the experience even more special. Highly recommend this place and would absolutely love to come back!

Great seaside stay

Location was great as we were so close to the beach. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The space was well-suited for our multi-generational family group. Everything we needed was there, from the kitchen to toys for the sand and sports equipment for the on-site amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great place close to the beach!

Mimi was a great host and the house was fantastic! The kids loved having a getaway upstairs with their own bunk beds and TV. The house is very close to the beach and an easy walk to multiple restaurants. The hot tub on the property is also very close to the unit and it was nice to go to after a long day!

Awesome Family Condo

We come to Solana Beach often, this is our favorite place we've rented. Great Location, very well appointed, comfortable mattresses, AC that works, and all nice beach toys provided. The layout is perfect, with a nice room upstairs with 2 Full/Full bunk beds for the kids with their own TV and sofa and then two master suites downstairs. Great games for kids provided. Kitchen is well stocked, beach towels provided, etc. You can tell Mimi puts a lot of thought into this place. Can't suggest it enough.

Spacious, well-equipped condo walking distance to the beach

This listing exceeded our expectations. Everything was as promised or better. Owner/manager thought of every little thing to make our stay easier. Beds comfy, kids den was amazing. As noted, ants and stairs are part of the package but manageable. Great value. Condo facility could use updating. Beach was gorgeous. Convenient to restaurants, markets, beaches. Enjoy!

Great location, well-equipped for an AWESOME stay!

We traveled to San Diego for a National Soccer Tournament. We had stayed at Solana Beach and Tennis Club last time, but needed a bigger place this time and this condo didn’t disappoint. Great space, especially the bedroom upstairs equipped with two sets of bunk beds. Grateful for the three full bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. Very appreciative of the beach chairs, toys, ping pong paddles, tennis racquets
everything you can imagine for us to enjoy during our downtime. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Above Expectations

Loved Solana Beach! This rental was perfect for our large family. The most well equipped rental we have ever stayed in. Lots of useful items for beach and play. Condo was clean and as stated in listing. We saw several reviews about ants. This is common in warm areas and we did see them here. The host provides totes to put food in and we found when using the totes and spraying/wiping counters and table after each use it was easy to keep them away. Hope to come back again.

Fantastic stay in Solana Beach

A wonderful place to stay for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Well-stocked with all of the essentials for our stay. Mimi was very responsive to questions. Great location in proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants and a short drive to San Diego. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for family

We were 6 adults and 2 children. The unit was equipped with everything we could need- beach equipment for all ages, games for kids, a well equipped kitchen. The hosts thought of everything. And if we communicated with the host, we received a speesy response. We were very pleased andbwould highly recommend it here.

Great Location! Close to Everything & Perfect Inside!

Stayed here for a work trip for the second time. Condo is exactly as described. Great location in solana beach. Steps from the beach and close to many restaurants and great coffee shops. Mimi went above and beyond host duties and was easily accessible. Will definitely stay again when traveling back in the solana beach area.
