This expansive property includes 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 100 guests. The main house sleeps 24 comfortably, with additional options nearby: five 2-bedroom cabins (each sleeping up to 6), a large clubhouse for 26, and several LUXERY Glamping available for extra capacity from May1-Nov1

Plus, we're only 10 minutes from the Pennsylvania/Poconos border, surrounded by national parks and breathtaking hiking trails for nature lovers.



Flexible Sleeping Arrangements

The main house can be configured as 7 or 8 bedrooms, sleeping up to 15 guests, with 4 additional couches for 4 more. We provide 5 folding beds with real mattresses and 6 high-quality air mattresses to accommodate another 10-12 people. We'll customize the setup based on your group's needs.
