The Compound - Farmhouse with a Barn on a private Pond

Welcome to the Blueberry compound in Long Eddy. Tucked in a secluded corner of the Catskills forest, at the end of mile long dirt road, you'll find our magical place.
The compound offers a intimate, in nature, atmosphere with a private swimming pond, lots of grassy areas, a sauna, vegetable garden, and hiking trails.
A spectacular original farmhouse with 5 bedrooms and 2 baths, with fireplace and all the kitchen amenities for large group cooking. The Farmhouse sleeps up to 16 guests. A few steps away is the Barn, a magnificent open space, with enormous sliding glass doors and a deck, connecting seamlessly to the outdoors. It has its own bathroom and a kitchen. The sleeping possibilites in the barn are various, from 4 to 12 guests can sleep here comfortably. There is a upright piano. It is a perfect place for group gathering, a live music event, a workshop retreat, a small wedding, a family reunion, etc. It is also an inviting space for movement, yoga or any kind of large group activities in the most tranquil setting. Right next to it, is the sauna, with attached changing area, that can fit up to 9 people.

Enjoy canoeing or swimming in the spring fed private pond, have a good time at custom built sauna, explore the fields of our 37 acres property and have a fire pit or hang in our many outdoors sitting area.

Perfectly suited for groups from 15 up to 28. For larger group retreats, small weddings, live music concerts, or intimate corporate events, please ask us for details.
