The Hall House Garden Residence is a beautifully restored first-floor residence located within a Historic Landmark home on one of Savannah's most picturesque streets. Just a short walk from Forsyth Park, this spacious 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath residence features two king bedrooms, private off-street parking, and access to a charming courtyard in the heart of Savannah's Historic District.

Built in 1892, The Hall House combines timeless architectural character with modern comforts. Featuring approximately 1,500 square feet of living space, the home offers soaring ceilings, original hardwood floors, decorative fireplaces, elegant furnishings, and abundant natural light throughout. The spacious living room provides a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring Savannah, while the adjoining dining area offers plenty of room for gathering over meals, cocktails, or planning the next day's adventures.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for preparing breakfast before a day in the Historic District or a relaxed dinner at home. High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, central heating and air conditioning, and an in-unit washer and dryer provide all the conveniences of modern living.

This was my daughter and my first visit to Savannah and we were so excited to find such a lovely place to stay. When we arrived at the property it was everything we expected and more. Our host was quick to respond if we had any questions about the check-in or anything else. We enjoyed the location which was near a grocery store and other eating establishments and just a walk away from Forsyth Park as described. It was in a quiet location and we always got a good night's rest to be able to get up early the next day to go exploring. We will definitely stay at this property again when we return to Savannah.

Verdant House was a great home base for a quick weekend trip to Savannah. We only had one car so we used the dedicated space in the back, but there was also free street parking right in front of the house. You do have to access the parking area through one of the bedrooms, or you can walk around the block to the back which is only a minute or two. Accessign the property is keyless and checkin is all digital so you don't have to cooridnate meeting someone.The kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes, glassware, and silverware if you end up eating at the house.Forsyth Park is close by, and you can walk to the North Historic District, it's a mile to a mile and a half depending on where you are going, but getting a Lyft or Uber was also very easy.
