La maison de vacances « Upper Country Relais Tuscany », située à San Gimignano, est le choix idéal pour un séjour inoubliable en famille ou entre amis. Avec ses 150 m², la propriété offre des espaces spacieux et confortables : un salon accueillant, deux cuisines équipées, trois chambres et trois salles de bains, pour accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes. Vous profitez de la TV, du Wi-Fi, d’une cheminée, du chauffage, de la climatisation et de ventilateurs.



Le point fort de la maison est l’espace extérieur : un jardin privé avec jacuzzi, disponible du 1er mai au 31 octobre. Vous disposez également d’une terrasse découverte, d’une terrasse couverte, d’un balcon et d’un barbecue, parfaits pour profiter de l’extérieur.



La propriété comprend 4 places de parking et accepte jusqu’à 2 animaux de compagnie. Des serviettes de piscine sont fournies, moyennant des frais supplémentaires.

Tuscany stay

Great place in the Tuscany area. The views are spectacular, the property is just like the pictures. Would definitely stay here again

Amazing Villa!

This was the perfect place to relax at the end of our two weeks in Italy! Sara was wonderful to recommend places to visit and restaurants that were close by! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Magical Home

The pictures don’t do this spot and home justice. Absolutely stunning. Great location. Wonderful owners very helpful with local restaurant recommendations. The pool is very nice after a long hot day of touring. And the air conditioning was much needed during the heatwave and works extremely strong and well. I would love to return and highly recommend this rental. Viva Italia !

Beautiful views and great setup

This is the best vrbo we have stayed at in our lives. Host was communicative and easy check in process with a great welcome gift. Absolutely stunning views. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and clean. Television and WiFi worked great as well as A/C. The only issue was the hot tub that really never warmed up so it was unusable for us. Otherwise It was the best stay of our trip which included Rome, Cinque terre, Venice and Paris. Will be back soon!

Not as advertised

Outside was stunning although there Whirlpool was not heated. It's one bedroom with two lofts. No room for luggage. Bathrooms were tiny. Showers were so small, the water ran into the bedroom. Every morning we woke up with new insect bites. The listing said 1600 sq. ft. Not even close. There is no way six adults could stay comfortably. Sara was a great hostess.I wouldn't recommend it for more than two adults.

Hi Salvatore, thank you for leaving us a review. We are glad to hear that you had a pleasant stay and that you liked the outdoor area of the property and enjoyed the hospitality of the hostess. As stated in the advert, the 150 m² property consists of a living room, a well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (each equipped with a queen size bed) and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. We are sorry if the space and layout were not to your liking. The hot tub (available from 1 May to 31 October) is not advertised as having hot water. We hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad in een prachtige omgeving.

Pros: Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is adembenemend. De whirlpool is een heerlijke afkoeling. De eigenaren zijn zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk. Met vragen konden we ze altijd bereiken en kregen snel antwoord. De locatie is fantastisch, ook als uitvalsbasis voor andere steden. In de realiteit is het nog mooier dan op de foto's. Cons: NVT
