Within minutes drive to the river and several beaches and parks along American and Sacramento rivers waterways. Access to the pool and clubhouse gym for guests only during their stay.

Guests have access the patio , garage and clubhouse with gym and outdoor pool. Please make sure to leave the key and the fob back in the kitchen drawer after each use. Loss of key or a fob will result in a charge of $75 for the key and $100 for the fob. Gym and pool are located at 2700 Tourbrook way

Please note that the gym and the pool is only to be used by the guests staying at the property. Park down the street is ideal for having friends and family over and gatherings with many areas perfectly situated for larger groups to share.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind. All violations would be imposed with $250 odor removal penalty.

No gathering allowed, all parties and large gatherings will result in automatic cancellations with no refund issue.

Please push out trash cans from the side of the home to the street curb for Monday morning pick up at any point on Sunday night

Please ensure the garage opener and pool key fob are returned to the kitchen drawers prior to check-out.
