Located in Thunderbird Farms, the property offers privacy from neighbors while still having well-maintained road access. You can even take a leisurely 30-minute stroll from the house to the Shenandoah River.

The space:
The main floor has 2 bedrooms, the primary suite and the office with sofa beds. Upper loft has a bedroom with its private bathroom. There is also a half bathroom as part of the living space, which the kitchen also opens up to.

The bottom floor (ground level) can be used as a separate unit: It includes 2 bedrooms, each with their en suite bathroom, as well as its own kitchen and living room, plus laundry facilities.

NOTE: You are booking the full house, including ground floor, main floor and loft (5 bed 4.5 bath). For smaller groups, there is also the option to book "Shenandoah Mountain House - Guest Suite" (ground floor - 2 bed 2 bath).

In any case, you will be the only guest at the property during your stay. It is completely private.
