This property provided our family a memorable and worthwhile stay. So many thoughtful touches from the screened in porch to the spacious well-adorned living spaces, bedrooms, and downstairs recreation room. The theme throughout the home matches the name and creates the perfect ambiance that was one of the highlights of our weekend. Just a short drive to Front Royal making it convenient to stock up on essentials or grab a bite, yet once you get out of the car and settle in, the house makes it hard to leave, creating an atmosphere of being in your own slice of the Shenandoah Valley.

We absolutely loved this house — and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The views are breathtaking from every angle, whether we were sipping coffee inside or relaxing in the outdoor hot tub. It was the ideal spot for three couples (longtime friends coming in from different states) to reconnect for a weekend.The open kitchen, dining, and sitting area became our gathering place — plenty of room for cooking together, lingering over meals, and even sneaking in a little dancing. In the evenings, we curled up in the living room and soaked in that gorgeous view all over again. Our host was wonderfully responsive and made everything easy. We felt completely at home and couldn’t have been more comfortable. And the location was just a short drive to the Inn at Little Washington, where we had an unforgettable dinner. Truly not to be missed. Would definitely stay here again!

Stunning views of the mountains from the deck and hot tub, and especially through the large windows. We loved mornings in the living room, which has gorgeous views, a fireplace, cozy spots to curl up and plenty of space for our toddler to play. We had a wonderful stay for just a couple of days in late fall, but this would be a lovely spot year-round. Plenty of space even for a larger family. The whole house was very clean, with one of the best rental kitchens we’ve seen and comfortable beds. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved seeing all the deer just down the road from the house - LOTS of activity in the AM & PM! Beautiful views and the location so close to Skyline Drive with hikes, wineries, etc. was perfect.
