The Lake

The heart of the property is beautiful Lake La Fave.

Unlike many Northwoods lakes, Lake La Fave features a clean sandy bottom and gradual shoreline that’s ideal for swimming, floating, paddling, and relaxing. Because there is no public boat launch, you’ll enjoy a peaceful setting with fewer boats and abundant wildlife. Evenings are unforgettable as the sun sets over the water and loons call across the quiet lake.

Spend your mornings enjoying coffee by the lake, your afternoons swimming or exploring by kayak, and your evenings gathered around the campfire beneath the stars.
