- Maximum occupancy: 12 guests; primary guest must be 25+.
- Signed rental agreement and $500 refundable security deposit hold required before arrival. Hold is placed about 2 days before check-in and released after the stay if no damages are reported.
- No unapproved visitors permitted.
- Winter travel: Roads are typically plowed, but 4WD/chains may be needed depending on weather.
- Pet-friendly for up to 2 house-trained pets, max 50 lbs each. Fees: $250 first pet, $200 second pet.
- Security: Yale smart locks + one exterior Ring camera facing the driveway only. No indoor or backyard cameras.
- Early check-in/late check-out may be available for a fee: $100 up to 2 hrs, $250 for 2–4 hrs, and 1 night rate for 4+ hrs.
- This home is in a natural mountain setting with wildlife and uneven terrain; please keep food secured, stay on paths, supervise children, avoid touching plants or wildlife, do not climb or tamper with landscaping or irrigation, and note that any damage may result in charges.
- No weather-related refunds; travel insurance is recommended.
- Non-Airbnb cancellations may incur a 3% Stripe processing fee deduction.
- Optional concierge services may be available, including grocery pre-stocking and private chef coordination.
