Home in Big Bear Lake. Walk to Snow Summit, new spa, arcade, fun yard, fire pit

Hi, I am a California native that found my love for Big Bear once I was a Mom. Big Bear is a magical place to go and explore nature, eat at new restaurants, walk through the village, rent a kayak on the lake, and just to have a serene place to escape. We wanted to make this home a place that was carefully thought out for every guest to feel like they had everything they needed for a weekend escape or a bit longer. We have thoughtfully made detailed videos on the workings of our home and look forward to hosting you. I enjoy reading your messages in our house journal or the reviews you leave in my emails. I pride myself on being the best host I can be, since I know how hard people work in order to take a vacation. We hope the Ski Lift Chalet lives up to all your dreams, since it is surely our dream home in the mountains of Big Bear Lake.

We chose this home/ neighborhood mainly because of its proximity to everything. A five minute walk to Snow Summit Mountain, a few minute drive to the lake or the village and even the local coffee shop or grocery store. Then there is the yard. The backyard hooked us right away. The peacefulness of the birds chirping and the leaves blowing or the usefulness of different spaces that make up the yard. Such as the enclosed deck, the new spa or the glowing fire pit with Adirondack chairs to rest in after a long day. It is a quiet street and that's what sold us on this neighborhood and house.

We feel our property goes above and beyond the others out there for a few reasons, First all the couches and beds are extremely comfortable. We hated renting homes that had sunken in or hard mattresses. We created a game room that you can entertain yourself in for hours. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything the chef needs and other things they never knew they needed. The coffee bar is the best thing to wake up to in the morning, besides the soft sounds of birds chirping or warm graze of the morning sun. The ski lift bench indoors is an added bonus for getting an awesome photo souvenir of Big Bear. But why we really stand out is that we created our home with the renter in mind, by adding detailed videos to answer any questions you may have or can think of. And if they were not answered then you have me, your host, that is always willing to go above and beyond for you. We look forward to giving you the chance to see what we mean by calling this experience unique.
