Take a 5 min stroll across the lake bridge and enjoy water sports, boat rentals, golf, live music on Sat and sunset yacht cruises! We offer electric bike rentals directly from our condo so you can explore around the lake and take in the beautiful scenery!



The Space:

Take a break from the hotels and enjoy all the added amenities when staying in a condo! This stylish, modern condo sleeps 4 people - there is a king bed and high-end, leather queen pull out sofa bed. Enjoy the lake views from your private patio with bar height stools to see over the railing! The floors are newly remodeled (no carpet)!



In the kitchenette, there is a mini fridge and freezer, electric stove top, dishwasher, Ninja air fryer/oven, Keurig coffee machine with K-cups, pots/pans, cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, coffee cups, wine glasses, toaster, and much more!



The bathroom has shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair dryer, and iron/ironing board. The bath towels provided can be used for bath or pool. You are welcome to bring your own separate pool towels as well. Lastly, there are several board games to enjoy! You will have everything you need for a relaxing vacation!



There is access to a shared gym and laundry room 24 hours a day. Take a dip in the community swimming pool and spa that is open year round from 8am - 10pm daily.

Guest Access:

Guests will stay in a one bedroom condo suite with private patio area. Full bath includes soaking tub and separate shower with entrance to the bathroom from the living area so easily accessible to all guests staying. There is access to a shared gym and coin operated laundry room 24 hours a day. Take a dip in the community swimming pool and spa that is open year round from 8am - 10pm daily. There is also an ice machine and vending machine nearby for your convenience. Relax at one of the many sitting areas surrounding the building to catch the lake views. Just steps away you can tee off at Reflection Bay - the award winning Jack Nicklaus Signature Design course.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is located inside the Luna Di Lusso buildings at Lake Las Vegas. It is about a 30 min drive to the strip, 25 min to Lake Mead, 35 min to Hoover Dam and only 13 min to Cowabunga Bay Water Park. A short 5 min walk from the condo across the bridge will bring you to Montelago Village with a grocery store, shops, restaurants, bars, water sports rentals and gambling! If you can’t find what you’re looking for there, you can take a 10 min drive to larger grocery stores, gas and wider selection of restaurants etc.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are readily available in Las Vegas or you can schedule a taxi in advance. You are also welcome to bring your car or drive a rental car. There is a designated outdoor parking lot for the condo building with free parking available.



Other Things to Note:

This condo is located inside the Luna Di Lusso buildings.



You’re welcome to bring your own kayak or paddleboard and launch from our condo’s private boat dock. Please note that there is a $25 fee and a waiver that needs to be signed through the boat rental company in the village across the lake before you get started. Enjoy easy access to the water and make the most of your stay!
