"S-Style Living Das Loft 3" - and it's not just called that!

Your temporary home was renovated in 2019 and is located in a rear courtyard building on the 3rd floor. From the bedrooms, you can enjoy views of the Osterbek Canal.

The bright 3-room apartment is modern, equipped with two deluxe box-spring double beds (2x2m and 1.60x2m) and a large U-shaped sofa bed.

The modern kitchen includes an electric kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a stove with a ceramic hob, and an oven. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, and a French press.

The spacious bathroom has a shower.

A 46-inch flat-screen cable TV and DSL internet access (Wi-Fi) are available.

Beautiful old wooden floorboards pamper your feet.

Hans Henny Jahnn Weg is a paid parking zone. We can offer you a parking space in the neighboring building for €10 per night. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to book it.

Spacy, clean apartment on a good location

Had a really good stay at this apartment for a friends trip in Hamburg. Don't let the house exterior fool you, the apartment itself has a very modern design with a lot of space. The location is wonderful too with a canal view, walking distance to the city park and good bus connections to the city centre. The house instructions were clear but the communication regarding arrival with the host could've worked better.

Vacation to Hamburg

We visited Hamburg from the USA. The area in front of the unit is under construction but it was fine because we were not there during the day. Just a slight issue getting in with suitcases. This unit was on the third floor, no elevator, did not find out until 2 days before arrival. That would have been useful in the information when booking. Grocery store right across the street and public transportation close by if needed. The place was very spacious compared to others, had everything you would need, had a WiFi issue on first day but that was quickly resolved with owner. Easy check-in and out. We would stay here again for sure!

We lived on a construct site

The apartment was in a great neighborhood in Hamburg and the apartment was good, but we did not anticipate (even from the description of the owner) that we lived on a construction site with a lot of dirt and sometimes inability to get to the apartment due to the workers and the cranes working. We even felt unsafe with have material being brought down from the roof above our heads. This was one of our 4 weeks of vacation per year and we would have chosen otherwise (less dirt, loudness, and disruption) since the price for renting the apartment is not minor. I would have hoped that VRBO would not allowing this kind of surrounding.

L’appartement est dans un vieux bĂątiment au 3Ăšme Ă©tage sans ascenseur. Une route passante et bruyante passe Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Mais en plus nous avons eu la malchance d’y sĂ©journer alors que l’immeuble juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© est en rĂ©novation donc l’environnement est trĂšs bruyant et nous n’avons pas pu profiter correctement de notre sĂ©jour. Sinon l’appartement en lui mĂȘme est confortable mais c’est trop bruyant pour nous

Nach der Buchung und kurz vor der Anreise wurden uns umfangreiche Informationen zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Unsere RĂŒckfragen wurden zeitnah und vollstĂ€ndig beantwortet. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und ist gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir wĂŒrden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit Hindernissen

Wir haben ein tolles Loft3 vorgefunden, allerdings war der Weg dirthin in der 3. Etage eine Herausforderung. Ganz steile Treppe. Doch der Weg zu diesem Hinterhaus war eine Zumutung. Da alles Baustelle war, gab es kein Licht, man musste sich mit Handytaschenlampe durch Bauschutt vortasten. Diese Infos sollte man virher bekommen.

Große zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wohnung zentral gelegen. Tiefgarage auf Wunsch dabei. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußlĂ€ufig gut zu erreichen. Man ist schnell an der Außenalster und mit der Buslinie 6 Richtung Speicherstadt. Die Wohnung ist groß und bietet einen tollen Blick auf den Kanal. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne woeder

Auszeit

Wegen der Baustelle war der erste Eindruck etwas zurĂŒckhaltend :-) Aber die Loft ist wirklich klasse und wir haben Aufenthalt und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr genossen. Falls wir wieder in Hamburg sind freuen wir uns darauf nochmals diese Loft zu wĂ€hlen.

Da das Loft im 3. Stock ist, ist es nicht fĂŒr Menschen mit EinschrĂ€nkungen geeignet. Eine Filterkaffeemaschine gibt es nicht, nur mit Kapseln. Nicht mehr Zeitgerecht. Ansonsten schöne grosse Wohnung und gute Betten.

GerĂ€umige und gemĂŒtliche Loftwohnung

Wir waren ĂŒber Silvester in Hamburg und haben die ruhige Lage am genossen. Die Anbindung an den Bus war sehr gut und die Restaurants in der Umgebung boten fantastische kulinarische Erfahrungen. Sehr zu Empfehlen ist das Mirou! Die Innenstadt ist fußlĂ€ufig am Ufer der Außenalster in ca. 1h Spaziergang zu erreichen. Man hat dabei fantastische Ausblicke. Wir kommen gerne wieder und hatten eine gute Zeit in Hamburg.

Schönes Loft in toller Umgebung

Uhlmenhorst ist ein Stadtviertel mit einer großen Vielfalt an Gastronomie und Kultur. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ohne Ende und mit seiner Binnenalster ein attraktiver Ort der auch fĂŒr sportliche was zu bieten hat. Das Loft ist super ausgestattet! Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Blick aufs Wasser/Kanal in dem sich die Ruderclubs anstrengen. Das riesige Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und KĂŒche lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Im Bad mit WC, Waschbecken und gerĂ€umiger 90x90 Dusche kann man sich bequem bewegen, dank flachem Einstieg. Selbst in der kĂŒhleren Jahreszeit ist es hier dank Heizung immer angenehm. Charakteristisch der Dielenboden, welcher bei jedem begehen sein Alter Preise gibt. Aber das hat einfach auch seinen Charme. Die drei Stockwerke mĂŒssen ĂŒber eine gewandelte Treppe erklommen werden und sind nix fĂŒr körperlich eingeschenkte Menschen. Uns, wir waren vier Personen, hat das alles nichts ausgemacht und können das Loft nur bestens empfehlen!

Hamburg pur

Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt. Es hat nach nassem Hund gerochen und auf dem Sofa waren Flecken. Ausserdem waren verschiedene MĂ€ngel im Holzboden zu sehen. Außerdem gab es BaulĂ€rm im Innenhof durch die Sanierung des NebengebĂ€udes. Dies stand leider nicht in der Anzeige. Nachdem die Vermieterin auf die Mail reagierte das das Sofa voll Flecken sei. Wurde dieses gereinigt und scheinbar auch noch mal durchgereinigt. Gesamteindruck. Es mĂŒsste etwas am Haus/ der Wohnung gemacht werden. ÜberprĂŒfung der Reinigung vor neu Vermietungen. Evtl auch ein Fliegengitter im Wohnzimmers zum besseren lĂŒften auch abens. Sonst war sie gut die Wohnung.

Bei einem Aufenthalt von sechs NĂ€chten sollten es mehr als nur ein Set HandtĂŒcher geben. Die sehr steile Treppe ist recht gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig und sich nicht jedermanns Sache; die HaustĂŒr und Schließanlage brĂ€uchten dringend Renovierung.

Grossartig

Wir haben es genossen. Sogar sehr. Die Lage. Die großzĂŒgige Raumaufteilung. Wie sauber das Apartment war. Und ruhig, mitten in der Stadt. Man wird von GĂ€nsen auf dem Fleet geweckt :-) Dass ein Parkplatz zur VerfĂŒgung stand - in Winterhude/Uhlenhorst ansonsten fast unauffindbar. WĂŒrden immer wieder gerne hier wohnen!
