This is our second stay at this property. It is very close to the relative that we are visiting, and convenient to downtown Bradenton and access to the highways and beach. The house is clean and comfortable. We highly recommend.

This rental was perfect for us. Such a nice great room with plenty of space. Loved the decor too. Very modern with clean lines. Was close to everything we wanted to be near. Would stay here again.

The house felt new. It was very clean and well appointed. Since it is close to family, we will likely use it next year during the holidays. The basketball goal was a big plus for our grandson.

Very pleasant stay

For three of us guys from up north down here to play golf, this place was just perfect. 3 large bedrooms with comfortable big beds, and very spacious area to gather around to relax and watch TV, we couldn’t ask for a better place. Kitchen was nice but we only popped corn and made hot tea . Location was great for us as all the restaurants were just few minutes away. Parking in the back and nice quiet neighborhood, we were very pleased !

Such a cute house!

We stayed here for a soccer tournament weekend. It was a great little spot! Easy to get to Anna Maria when the kids were not on the fields, and only about 20 minutes from the fields! Close to great local spots in Bradenton. The house is super clean and well equipped! My kids loved the basketball hoop out back.

Simple and clean sparely decorated. Plenty of room, but the table is small for the space. So a little lacking for comfortable gathering space. The only big drawback was Parking was in the back, but the keyless entry was in the front of the house so you had to walk around each time. Also, I didn’t realize until the last day they had left laundry soap near the sink and if not for my son-in-law, I could’ve accidentally put that in the dishwasher so I think that should be more clearly marked. I had wished to do laundry there, but didn’t think they had supplied it. Quiet neighbor near where our friends .

Visited Bradenton for long weekend to celebrate a friend’s housewarming

Properly was just aa advertised online. Had a question about garage code and Vacasa rectified the issue immediately. The only reason I did not give a 5 rating was because there were a couple of dead bugs on master bedroom floor
