Every Saturday from October through the end of May there is a Public market held in downtown Bradenton featuring Locally grown produce and vendors selling food and other items. Anna Maria Island with it's Beautiful beaches is only 20 minutes away.

The house was clean and absolutely adorable! Is in an excellent location (if you like walks, you’re only a couple blocks away from looking at the water). Lydia was the best host - very communicative and kind.

Terrific spot in Bradenton

This is an adorable home in a picturesque and quiet historic neighborhood. The house was terrific, and communication with Lydia was great. Recommend this rental for anyone looking to stay in Bradenton!

Perfect for our situation!

Had a great stay with me and 4 other guys for a birthday weekend. The house was roomy and perfect for what we needed. The outdoor area outback was great for friends catching up. The neighborgood is great as well. The host is very communicative and allowed me to check in early. Would definitely recommend.

Perfection!

Start to finish, it was a perfect stay. Location is lovely, house is spotless and so comfortable. I could stay for a month! The back yard and covered patio called me every day to sit and meditate.

Family group for a wedding.

Our family group of 5 adults came down from Nebraska and Kansas for a niece's wedding in Bradenton and this home was perfect for us. The location is a peaceful neighborhood, a block from the Manatee River, the decor was perfect old Florida vacation vibe. The beds were excellent, the kitchen had everything we needed, it was the perfect respite after busy days. Easy drives to the beach and Sarasota airport. We all absolutely loved our stay!

Soo adorable!

What a beautiful Old Florida home! Great location and the cutest house near the water. We stayed here for our wedding weekend which was at the Bishop Museum. It was only a few minutes away and perfect to get ready at! Lydia was also very responsive and so nice.

Spring Training home away from home

Lydia’s place is absolutely wonderful! Location is great…close to restaurants, Anna Maria Island. We were there for Spring Training at Lecom Park which was only 10-20 minutes depending on traffic. Very quiet beautiful neighborhood. Very comfy bed. Lydia was very easy to get a hold of when needed. Would definitely go back.

Adorable house

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable house. 6 of us comfortably stayed here for a long weekend/family gathering. The house has been recently renovated and we wanted for nothing. The neighborhood is super cute, we walked along the river every morning and evening and we felt very safe. If we ever make it back to Bradenton I know where we'll be staying. Nice property

This house was very cozy and comfortable. Had everything you would need. A block from the river. Only observation is why can’t you put soap and shampoo in the showers? I am a superhost snd always have pump shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Just seems like a simple and inexpensive offering.

Fantastic renovated cottage

From the reservation process to communication from the owner everything was handled promptly and professionally. The property of fantastic! Nicely appointed decor, large and comfortable rooms. This place has everything you need. Just get some groceries and move in. Outside space is also fabulous. Proximity to Main St Bradenton and Levon park is a plus and beaches are easy to access in 15-20 minutes. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Great stay

We very much enjoyed our stay in Bradenton. We travelled with our adult daughters and found the home to be very spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked for anyone who would want everything needed to prepare their own meals. Lydia generously provided what's needed for a comfortable stay including cleaning supplies for your dishes and laundry should that need to be done during your stay. Many Florida vacation homes we've stayed in only provide enough for a day or two. The location was close to major roadways and groceries. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood. I'd stay here again without hesitation. Lydia was a delight to do business with. Thank you for welcoming us into your home!

Absolutely Adorable!

This little bungalow is in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. It was clean and welcoming, it definitely felt like a beach vacation house! I did have to contact the property owner on the last day because our food had sugar ants in it, but she assured me they would call an exterminator. Maybe just put all your food inside the fridge? But otherwise it's a great location with easy access to nearby downtowns and it was a comfortable place to relax after a long day.
