The Space:

This is a wonderful stand-alone villa located in the town of Princeville with breathtaking ocean and mountain views, perfect for couples, families, and honeymooners!





Nearby Princeville has great restaurants, shopping center, tennis courts, and golf courses all within walking distance. Check out the surf across the street, close to Hideaways Beach path and also the beach path along the Princeville Resort.





This is a two story, two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom villa with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a flatscreen TV, and free WiFi. It has ceiling fans throughout, as well as a dining area and two lanais facing the lush tropical beauty of Kauai. Amazing sunset views of the ocean from the dining room cannot be beaten! The master suite has a lovely queen-size bed, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, full bath, and a private lanai. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and ceiling fan.

Love our time in this one! A perfect basecamp for north shore adventures on Kauai and right across the street for stunning ocean views and a close hike down to excellent snorkeling. My favorite part was the deck and the colorful birds that came to visit each morning.

Nice views of the rainforest and beach. Access to path for running or walking. Princeville is definitely for the early birds - lots of active people as the sun comes up - no night life! Perfect for us. Just across the street from a spot many visit to watch the sunset or look for whales. Had everything we needed to cook and do laundry. Nice amount of space for our little family. Only downside is the place is clearly old and could use some updates. The doors are very loud when opening/closing them!

We were so excited to stay in this particular Villas for the sunset and mountain view. And both of those views were truly STUNNING. The sounds from the mountain side were so relaxing, and the views were incredible. The dining room window was super dirty though, so it was hard to see the sunset without walking outside.However, this Villa has a pest problem. We walked into the place on the first day, and the counters covered in dead bugs. I killed 3 spiders in the master bathroom on the first day. We had 4 geckos on the ceiling of our master bedroom on our first night. Over the course of the stay, we killed SO many bugs. It was alarming. The morning after our first night there, both of my children woke up with 6-7 bug bites.Additionally, the light in the main room kept flickering, and the main tv had a thick red line through it at all times. I reached out to the host several times. They assured me that they let a local management team know about our concerns. We never heard from anyone.We complained about the pests, and they said it's because it's a tropical climate. However, I have stayed in MANY different places in Princeville, most recently right across the street at a place closer to the ocean, and we didn't have to kill one bug and didn't see any geckos.I was overall disappointed. I knew the place had a dated look with dated furniture, and I was fine with that for the views. But the pest problem put me over the edge. It was not worth it for the price we paid.

Great location, great views

We enjoyed staying at the property. The location and views are what makes this place so nice. Easy access to North shore attractions and food as well as great views of the mountains and a view of the water from the kitchen table. Perhaps a bit of paint touch up needed in a few spots, but overall a great place to stay.

Great Stay - Beautiful Ocean and Mountains

The best part about this property by far is the beautiful view of both the ocean and mountains. The property is cozy, comfortable and clean. Parking was easy, and right across the street is a great ocean lookout spot.

Wonderful stay in Princeville

This property is ideally located for north island visits to Hanalei and the Napali coast. Although we had a good deal of rain during our April stay, we trekked to the south side of Kauia for sun, beach time, and a Waimea Canyon visit. This cottage was ideal for our party of four with space for privacy, cooking our own meals, and enjoying time on the lanai.

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property! Gorgeous rainbows daily. Amazing mountain views from the lanai. Ocean sunset view from the dining table. Sad to be leaving but hope to come back to visit again someday. Awesome place!

Kauai stay

We had a lovely time exploring the north side of the island. The house was in a perfect location to get everywhere we wanted to go. It was a beautiful time here and the house was clean and the kitchen had all the stuff needed to cook at home. Mahalo!
