Just one mile from the world-famous beaches of Anna Maria Island, you'll enjoy easy access to sugar-white sand, waterfront dining, boutique shopping, boating adventures, and some of the most beautiful beaches on Florida's Gulf Coast.

Located within the highly sought-after Hunters Point community, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and provides a unique combination of waterfront scenery, modern luxury, and family-friendly entertainment.

When entering the home, you'll find a spacious entry level featuring the garage, elevator access to every floor, and one of the home's most unique gathering spaces. The fully screened waterfront patio offers comfortable sectional seating, an outdoor TV, foosball table, and picture-frame views of the canal. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a morning breeze, catch a game, or simply relax while watching boats pass through the waterway.

The garage has been transformed into a fun recreational space featuring a ping pong table, Pop-A-Shot basketball game, beach gear storage, and plenty of room for family competitions after a day at the beach.

On the second floor, you'll find the heart of the home. The open-concept living area seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining room, family room, and outdoor balconies into one bright and inviting space designed for gathering. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this level.

The chef-inspired kitchen features upgraded appliances, a large center island, quartz countertops, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining table comfortably seats six guests, while the island provides additional seating for casual breakfasts or evening appetizers.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious family room featuring comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and large windows that allow natural light to pour in while showcasing the surrounding coastal scenery. Sliding glass doors lead directly onto one of the home's waterfront balconies where you'll find outdoor dining for four and views stretching toward Anna Maria Island.

The garage is 7ft tall and 11.5ft wide. The community was designed as a boating community and garages made specifically for trailers, outdoor parking of trailers is not allowed. Parking a boat trailer on the street or in the parking lot may have the trailer towed by the HOA. This location does NOT have dock access but the community does have a boat slip available for use.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
