The Condo itself was very nice and well maintained. The building is dated and needs some maintenance done. Parking lot is very tight. The host was excellent at communicating and answering quickly with any questions. Overall a very positive experience and will use this host again.

We would definitely stay here again. Location was amazing and convenient for shopping, dining, and lounging at the beach! Rooms were spacious, clean, and functional. The Host called me before the trip to answer any questions I may have had about the stay and to ensure I had a good contact number in the event additional questions or issues arose. The Host also sent me a text during my stay for quick response for any issues. We did not have issues, but it was nice to have the additional contact point. Security guys were attentive and friendly. The pier was clean, the pools were clean, and the fitness room was functional. Overall, my party of 6 was extremely pleased.

Great place. Few minor details

Great place to stay. Very well kept. Master shower wasn’t working at the time whichWasn’t a big deal considering there are 3 bathrooms. Dishwasher would not stay running. Slight inconvenience but overall very happy

Amazing

This was the first time booking an vrbo and what a smooth process. The pictures of the place is exactly what you get. My husband and I enjoy the heat and loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning and evening just watching what was going on down on the pier and beach. We are trying to plan other trip to this place next year. We had so much fun.

The stay it self was great! The condo was disappointing- not clean floors filthy, mattresses are old and spring coils especially the kings.. We will not the renting that condo again BUT the complex was amazing and we will stay here again!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our trip, and this property was great for our needs. We loved the large balcony and having a washer and dryer. The view from the balcony is right over the pool and down the pier, which is lit up at night, and we really enjoyed the views from the 8th floor. The only drawback was that the codes to the pier & beach gates were not communicated to us (that I could find) in the information we were sent. We had friends who were also staying in the same complex who had the code so it wasn't a big deal, but that is something that should definitely be added to the check-in information. Other than that it was a great stay!

Nice room, I would stay here again for the price. It was very affordable during peak season (week before July 4th)Pros:The room was clean and had a really great layout. The double balcony access was incredible. Kitchen was well stocked. The room looks right over the pool and pier. The pier made for a great place for a morning coffee. The location is perfect, right across from the Sunliner Diner, and the security guards were so very nice and helpful. The appliances mostly worked well. The fridge was huge and had enough space for 6 people's worth of food. There was ample seating in the dining area, family room, and balcony. Lots of storage and the main master bedroom had a walk-in closet. Cons:The beach view was a bit limited by the fact that the room is set back on the building (it is very accurately pictured in the listing, just would have preferred abmore expansive view). Building/room needed repairs:- Shower doors wouldn't shut, so water went everywhere.- Closet and balcony doors in the secondary master were in disrepair.- Laundry room door kept getting off track. door to the laundry room kept coming off the tracks. - Elevators broke (could only go up, not down) - Mattresses were old and not very comfortable and very loud when the other person moved around. - Stove/ oven took a LONG time to heat up/preheat
