Worthwhile and the view is WOW!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Niru penthouse has the best views in the complex with its wraparound deck on the main level and from the rooftop. We spent most evenings up on the private rooftop deck, the weather was perfect for it, and having our own BBQ up there made it feel like our own little retreat. The plunge pool got a lot of use too.The development is still newer, so the landscaping isn't fully grown, but you can already tell it's going to be gorgeous in a few years. It was quiet and peaceful, the neighbors were friendly, and the complex staff went out of their way to help whenever we needed anything. The gym recently got new equipment, which was a nice surprise for a property this size. Grocery store is an easy 15 minute walk if you're up for it.

A little corner of paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was superb!!! When I travel, I shop for luxury travel, it has to meet all my standards and this one hit every box. Comfortable beds, good bedding, relaxing and comfortable living room furniture for watching TV at night, a good spacious kitchen with all the amenities of home etc.. This building and particular unit was Very classy, high end furniture all brand new, a little oasis in your own private surroundings. The top deck with the outdoor BBQ, the dining table and the plunge pool was a huge deal for us. I enjoy floating in the water but appreciate my private space and this is what we had. The unit was Extremely clean and well maintained. Location was within walking distance to all the lovely cafes, shopping and beach. Could walk anywhere and felt safe. Couldn't ask for a better upscale rental unit. THANK YOU for a job well done.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location, just a short walk to Santa Cruz beach with all the shops and restaurants nearby, no car needed for most of our trip. The unit itself was a nice surprise too, really high quality finishes throughout, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook a few meals in rather than eat out every night. One evening we caught fireworks from the Zócalo right from the main deck, unexpected and a great way to end the day.We tried the pickleball court for the first time and had a great time learning, even as complete beginners. If your stay lines up with a Saturday, don't miss the local market, fantastic fruit and vegetables and a great way to meet some of the friendliest locals we came across on the trip.The real highlight was a private tour with Mikey out of the Santa Cruz marina, he took us to over 7 beaches in one day. We got to see a turtle release, which was incredible, and later snorkeled in a private, secluded spot where the water was completely calm and there were literally thousands of fish around us.One of the best trips ever. Highly recommend booking this condo if you get the chance.
