Resident Lifestyle ID Information

Guests staying in The Villages may purchase temporary Resident Lifestyle IDs, which provide access to many of The Villages` recreation centers, pools, executive golf courses (green fees apply), organized activities, clubs, and more.

After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a simple online form to complete with the names of eligible guests. Once submitted, we`ll prepare everything in advance so your IDs are ready for pickup upon arrival.

The Villages currently charges $50 per household for temporary Resident Lifestyle IDs. This fee is set by The Villages and is subject to change without notice.

Pet Policy

Although this home is designed to be pet-friendly, pets are not permitted at this property. This helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all guests, including those with allergies.

Golf Cart Disclosure

A complimentary 4-seat gas golf cart is provided as a convenience during your stay.

Guests operate the golf cart entirely at their own risk and are responsible for following all applicable laws, regulations, and The Villages community rules. Only licensed drivers may operate the golf cart. Guests are responsible for any citations, damages, towing charges, misuse, negligence, or loss occurring during their stay.

Should the golf cart become unavailable due to maintenance, mechanical issues, accidental damage, manufacturer recalls, weather events, parts availability, or any circumstances beyond our control, no refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided. While every effort will be made to repair or replace the golf cart as quickly as possible, availability depends on service scheduling, parts, mechanics, and other factors outside our control.

The golf cart is considered a complimentary amenity and is not part of the rental consideration. By using the golf cart, guests acknowledge and accept these terms. We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to keep you enjoying everything The Villages has to offer.

Cats are not permitted in any of our properties under any circumstance unless explicitly authorized in writing prior to arrival.
