Notre condo 1 lit / 1 salle de bain est parfait pour un couple, et est situé dans Kamaole Beach Royale Resort. Situé au 6Úme étage, il offre des vues panoramiques spectaculaires sur l'océan, les montagnes de Maui et les ßles hawaïennes.

Vous serez à quelques pas de l'une des plus belles plages de Maui et à quelques pas des restaurants et des boutiques. Vous pourrez profiter de belles vues sur l'océan depuis la véranda (patio) ainsi que depuis le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine. Les vues sur l'océan incluent les ßles de Kahoolawe, Molokini et Lanaii - et les magnifiques montagnes de West Maui. Profitez de l'observation des baleines (en saison) directement depuis votre véranda! La chambre a une vue sur le mont Haleakala.

L'unité a été entiÚrement rénovée en 2012. La cuisine comprend des armoires en bois, des comptoirs en granit et tous les nouveaux appareils. La salle de bain comprend un comptoir en granit, une douche en travertin et deux pommes de douche: douche à effet pluie et pulvérisateur à main.

Le condo est entiÚrement équipé et comprend un service Internet haute vitesse cùblé et sans fil (70meg) gratuit. (Il ne s'agit PAS d'une connexion Internet avec un écran de connexion distinct à chaque fois que vous vous connectez.) Notre unité dispose également d'une entrée sans clé, donc ne vous inquiétez plus des clés! Coffre-fort de style hÎtelier.

* Surtout pour les mois d'Ă©tĂ©, nous avons installĂ© un systĂšme de climatisation qui met de l'air frais directement dans la chambre, en plus des piĂšces Ă  vivre. (Cela nous rend spĂ©cial Ă  Maui, car de nombreux condos n'ont qu'un climatiseur de fenĂȘtre dans le salon.) Vous pouvez maintenant profiter de la douce brise de l'Ăźle pendant la journĂ©e et dormir confortablement la nuit!

This is a well maintained condo with unobstructed views of the ocean. Our host communicated with us both before and during our stay to insure everything was going well. We really enjoyed our time here.

Everything was great! Anita was very personable, calling and emailing us before our trip to help us feel welcome and prepared. The condo was CLEAN, set up well with anything we might need, and in a great location.We visited several other parts of the island, and each time we commented on how happy we were with our great accommodations and location.A highlight was having our meals on the lanai. For most meals, we chose to bring food "home" to eat rather than eat at the restaurant.From the lanai, we saw whales breaching. While swimming across the street at Kamaole 1, we saw turtles swim by.It was also great to be in an area where we could shop!Free parking was another bonus!Thank you, Anita! We're ready to come again!

This was our first trip to Maui and we couldn't have picked better hosts or location to stay! Kam 1 Beach is steps away, the view from the lanai is amazing and snorkeling at Charlie Young is very good. Convenient access to restaurants, bakeries, gift shops, grocery stores, and South Maui Gardens. We drove the West Maui Loop, Road to Hana and went up to Haleakala Summit for a sunset; recommend all. Also, visited several beaches and the Wailea Boardwalk. The condo was well stocked and appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler. Anita was excellent at communicating and we talked on the phone a couple times before our visit, which was helpful. Don't hesitate, book #607 at Kamaole Beach Royale for a wonderful stay!

Anita is a great host communicating clearly with us ahead of arrival to help us plan. The condo was clean and well-maintained and well-stocked. The view of the beach a block away and other islands in the distance was wonderful. Shops, cafes and restaurants across the street were good and easy to access. It was wonderful! We will 100% stay here again!

The condo felt like home! It’s very clean, has all the creature comforts of home, comfy king-sized bed, great water pressure in shower, incredibly clean BBQ grill on the rooftop, and very breezy. You don’t even need the AC, but when you do it works great! And the view is stunning! You’ll end up spending a lot of time on the lanai! I’ve stayed at my share of vacation homes and never have I been more satisfied! I will be back!

Perfect in Every Way!

My daughter and I could not have found a more perfect condo to enjoy our Maui vacation! It is centrally located with restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, and rental stores all within walking distance. A fabulous beach is right across the street with great snorkeling around the rocky area. The condo itself has everything you need and more! Two beach chairs and an umbrella are available for use as well as beach towels, a cooler, and tote bags. The kitchen is well stocked with different appliances as well as some spices, oils, etc. A blow dryer and curling iron were available. The king size bed is very comfortable! We spent most of our time on the lanai enjoying our breakfast in the morning or in the evening with a beautiful view of the sunset. The rooftop offers a bonus with two nice bbq grills and tables where you can enjoy your meal or cocktail. Just plan to get there early so you don't have to wait for a grill. Anita is an amazing host and has everything so well organized! She has provided a binder with detailed instructions for how to use everything (TV, fans, AC, etc.) There's also tons of information about things to do on Maui and in Kihei. I really appreciated her communication from the beginning when we booked through to the end of our vacation. Thank you, Anita and Jim, for sharing your lovely condo. I would definitely book KBR 607 again! Mahalo!

Amazing Ocean View condo

We had a great stay. Condo was clean and as advertised. Location was perfect. Balcony views facing the ocean was by far the best part. My family and I enjoyed watching the whales every morning and evening. Highly recommend and will likely book back again. Anita was a superb host and checked in with us to make sure we everything was going well :)

wonderful place with incredible view

Anita was probably the most kind and responsive host I've ever had. I stayed at her beautiful place for 10 days, and at one point there was a storm and a power outage. She was immediately responsive in helping me resolve an issue with rebooting the wifi. The place is clean, lovely, and perfectly situated.

Perfect Stay!

From the beginning, when we made our booking, host communication was excellent, helpful and accurate. The condo was well organized, clean and up to date. Location was just across the street from the beach and within easy driving of all Of the south shore locations. View from the lanai offered a pleasant sunset. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Maui.

Amazing views

This property was perfect for iur anniversary trip. The lanai was amazing to just sit on and take in the view while listening to the birds. We enjoyed our coffee every morning out there and every evening taking in the sunset. The book with local places was amazing. The walkability is amazing from the location as well. We did so much on foot. There are bars, restaurants & a relaxing beach within walking distance. Only suggestion I do leave is nake sure to bring shampoo & conditioner as this location does not stock that.

Beautiful views/great location

From the very beginning show owner, Anita, was great at responding to any questions or needs that we had. The condo is directly across the street from the beach, and within walking distance of some stores and restaurants . It is beautifully decorated and the has all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The binder that she has prepared for guests is amazing, so many suggestions for dining, activities, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Praktische Wohnung in Kihei

Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick vom Balkon aus. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war gut. Das Schlafzimmer ist recht klein und dunkel direkt neben dem Aufzug. In der KĂŒche sind alle notwendigen Kochutensilien vorhanden.

Great location and beautiful view!

First timers to Maui and our choice of place to stay was absolutely excellent. Great location, beautiful view and Anita was fantastic to deal with. We had zero issues during our stay and would recommend to anyone. Only a gentle nudge to perhaps update the couch and chair as they have seen a good life, but this did not impact our stay in the least. We heard roaches were an issue in other places and saw not one. Very very clean and bug free. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful place. We will be back! 🙂

Well appointed Kihei apartment

The views from the 6th floor alone are worth it! 1 week stay in February whale season. Very clean & updated apt. As listed. Extra beach towels . 2 Tommy bahama chairs & umbrella . Coffee maker, hairdryer toaster on site , Across from Kamoale I , because theres no large public lot beach tends to be less crowded. All local shops within walking , or a short drive . Despite being near the main road we found it to be relatively quiet all hours . Parking , while not guaranteed we found on site 6 of 7 nights . Did not use the pool, its located ground floor out front . Roof grill deck available , we preferred our lanai for the privacy . Very comfortable king bed , nice linens and extra pillows blankets etc. great great stay and will return . Mahalo
