Located toward the interior of the property, the condo offers a quieter atmosphere away from the activity of South Kihei Road. Its third-floor position provides added separation from the surrounding walkways, but guests should note that Kalama Terrace does not have an elevator and stairs are required to reach P-307.

Inside, the living room offers comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, a Smart Roku TV and direct access to the lanai. A compact work desk provides a convenient place to check email or handle light remote work. A portable air-conditioning unit cools the main living area, while ceiling fans circulate air through the condo. The bedroom does not have a separate air-conditioning unit.

The private bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart Roku TV, dresser storage and a ceiling fan.
