Walk to Lake Dillon & Amphitheater - Heated Garage & Elevator - Sleeps 6

YOUR BASECAMP FOR THE BEST OF SUMMIT COUNTY

Welcome to your modern mountain retreat in the heart of Dillon, Colorado — a beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo built for the way you actually want to vacation in the Rockies. Step outside and you're minutes on foot from Lake Dillon Marina, the Dillon Amphitheater, the summer Farmers Market, and downtown Dillon's restaurants and coffee shops. Come home to heated garage parking, a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a quiet, comfortable space that sleeps six. Ski, sail, hike, or catch a lakeside concert — this is your launch pad for Summit County.

Perfectly located in a modern, elevator-served building, this upscale corner-unit condo blends contemporary comfort with true walkable convenience. It's ideal for couples, families, groups of friends, concert weekends, and year-round Colorado adventures — and thanks to elevator access and a single-level layout, it's easy to settle into with no stairs to climb and no gear to haul up.

THE SPACE

At roughly 1,154 square feet, this is a genuine home away from home — thoughtfully outfitted so you can spread out, cook in, and relax after a big day outside. The open-concept living and dining area is bright and welcoming, centered on a cozy gas fireplace and framed by large windows that pull in the mountain light. A private balcony — a favorite spot for guests to unwind — gives you somewhere to enjoy morning coffee and fresh alpine air.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS — SLEEPS 6

Primary bedroom: plush king bed dressed in premium Egyptian cotton linens, with its own smart TV
Second bedroom: a twin-over-queen bunk that sleeps up to three, perfect for kids, friends, or a flexible group — also with its own smart TV
Living room: a comfortable sofa bed for a fifth and sixth guest
Every bed is made up with quality linens and topped with extra pillows and blankets, so everyone sleeps well at altitude.

KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook anything from a quick après-ski snack to a full group dinner: full cookware and bakeware, dishes, glassware, wine glasses, and all the cooking basics. Coffee lovers are especially well cared for — there are TWO coffee makers, a Nespresso Vertuo for rich espresso, lattes, and americanos, plus a drip maker with a reusable metal filter for classic pour-by-the-pot mornings. You'll also find an air fryer (a guest favorite), a panini press, a blender, toaster, microwave, hot water kettle, full-size refrigerator with freezer (plus ice maker and water dispenser), and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The dining table seats the whole group for a home-cooked meal.
SWISS RACLETTE GRILL & SET
Something you won't find in most mountain rentals: a proper Swiss raclette grill. Melt cheese in the little pans, grill meats on top, and scrape it over potatoes and charcuterie. The best après-ski dinner there is. Instructions in the house manual.

LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT
Unwind in the living room by the gas fireplace after a day on the slopes or the lake. Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms come ready for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Disney+, YouTube, and every other major streaming app — just sign in with your own accounts. Prefer live TV? We also have Xfinity NOW with 80+ live channels, so you can catch the game, the news, or your favorite shows. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected, whether you're streaming, video calling, or squeezing in a little remote work between adventures.

LAUNDRY & COMFORT
A full-size, in-unit washer and dryer (detergent provided) makes it easy to pack light, stay a while, and head home with clean gear. In summer, ceiling fans and a box fan keep the condo comfortable with the windows open and fresh mountain air flowing; in winter, cozy radiant heat keeps you warm after a cold day out.

PARKING, ACCESS & GETTING SETTLED
This condo solves the two things that trip up most mountain trips: parking and hauling gear.

HEATED GARAGE: You get one reserved spot in the heated garage — no scraping ice off the windshield or trudging through snow with an armful of ski boots. A second parking option is available as well.
SKI & GEAR STORAGE: A dedicated, secure storage space right in the garage keeps skis, boards, and bikes organized and out of the unit.
ELEVATOR + LUGGAGE CART: An elevator runs from the garage straight to your floor, and a luggage caddy is on hand to make moving bags a breeze.
SELF CHECK-IN: Contactless self check-in via smart lock means you arrive on your own schedule, day or night — no meeting up, no waiting around, no lockbox fumbling in the cold.
For anyone who values step-free access, the elevator plus single-level layout make this one of the easier condos in the area to get into and move around.

WALK TO EVERYTHING — THE LOCATION

Location is this condo's superpower. You're right in the heart of downtown Dillon, one of Summit County's most walkable and underrated basecamps. From your door you can stroll to Lake Dillon Marina, the Dillon Amphitheater, the Friday Farmers Market, and a growing lineup of local restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. The paved lakeside recreation path runs right through town, so you can bike or walk along the water toward Frisco, Keystone, and beyond.

SUMMER — WALK TO THE LAKE
Summit County summers are pure magic, and you're in the middle of it. Walk to the marina for sailing, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, pontoon rentals, and fishing on Lake Dillon — one of the highest deep-water marinas in North America. Catch a concert, festival, or free outdoor movie at the lakeside Dillon Amphitheater, grab a cocktail with a lake view at the marina's Tiki Bar, and browse the Friday Farmers Market just steps away. Beyond the lake: world-class hiking and mountain biking, scenic golf, fly-fishing, horseback riding, and endless alpine trails. Several playgrounds are a short stroll away, and the rec path alone can fill a day.

WINTER — SIX SKI AREAS WITHIN ABOUT 40 MINUTES

Dillon is an ideal multi-mountain basecamp, with six major ski areas roughly 11–35 minutes away in normal conditions:

Keystone — about 11 minutes
Arapahoe Basin — about 16 minutes
Copper Mountain — about 17 minutes
Loveland Ski Area — about 18 minutes
Breckenridge — about 20 minutes
Vail — about 35 minutes

Choose your mountain each morning based on snow, weather, or terrain. Loveland, right on the Continental Divide, is a classic Colorado ski area with abundant snow, a long season, and a more laid-back feel than the larger destination resorts.

Back in Dillon, enjoy skating, tubing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and sleigh rides. The heated garage, secure ski storage, and elevator make winter gear easy.

NEARBY TOWNS
Everything in Summit County is within an easy drive:

Silverthorne (about 5 minutes): outlet shopping, larger stores, and the Blue River's gold-medal fly-fishing
Frisco (about 10 minutes): a charming, walkable Main Street packed with local shops, coffee, and restaurants
Breckenridge (about 20 minutes): a historic mining town with the most dining, shopping, and nightlife in the county
Keystone (about 15 minutes): River Run Village shops, dining, and year-round mountain activities

PERFECT FOR

Families who want space and walkable, kid-friendly fun near playgrounds
Couples looking for a romantic, easy mountain escape
Groups chasing powder days or lake days
Concert-goers who want to walk home from the Amphitheater
Remote workers extending a trip, thanks to fast Wi-Fi
Anyone who appreciates elevator access and step-free, single-level living

GETTING HERE & GETTING AROUND
Denver International Airport (DEN) is about 1.5 to 2 hours east via I-70; Eagle County (EGE) is about an hour west. A car is the easiest way to explore Summit County, and you'll have your reserved heated-garage spot waiting. Prefer not to drive to the slopes? The free Summit Stage ski shuttle stops right in front of the building — about 15 minutes to Keystone, running roughly every 30 minutes in winter with ski racks on board, plus easy connections to A-Basin, Breckenridge, Copper, and the rest of Summit County. No resort parking needed. In winter, an AWD/4WD vehicle with good tires is recommended, and Colorado's Traction Law can require snow tires or chains on I-70 during storms, so allow extra travel time on powder days and weekends.

GOOD TO KNOW

Elevation: Dillon sits near 9,000 feet. Drink plenty of water, take it easy your first day, and use sunscreen and lip balm — the mountain sun is strong.
Cooling: The condo uses ceiling and portable fans plus operable windows rather than central air conditioning — comfortable all summer thanks to cool mountain nights.
Self check-in via smart lock; check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout by 10:00 AM.
This is a smoke-free, pet-free home. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors in the building.
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Michael Werner

Image de profil de l’hôte
We're a family that's passionate about travel and have traveled the world, and we were drawn to the mountains of Summit County — and to Dillon in particular — for its small-town atmosphere, its proximity to the lake, and just how much there is to do. There's so much packed into this little town, and the people are so friendly, whether you're at the bowling alley, a rooftop bar, or one of the small downtown restaurants.

We designed our condo around everything we look for in a home away from home — everything you need when you just want to lie around and relax, sit on the patio with a coffee and the view, or use as a comfortable base for exploring the attractions nearby, all while soaking up the beauty of the area. Most of all, we want to help you experience Dillon like a local. We're hands-on and responsive (usually replying within an hour), so reach out anytime.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We chose the heart of downtown Dillon because it's one of Summit County's most walkable and underrated basecamps. From the front door you can stroll to Lake Dillon Marina, the Dillon Amphitheater, the Friday Farmers Market, and a handful of local restaurants and coffee shops, with the paved lakeside rec path running right through town. It has a quiet, residential mountain-town feel — peaceful in the evenings — yet in summer the marina and amphitheater come alive with concerts, outdoor movies, sailing, and paddleboarding just steps away. In winter it's a calm, cozy home base within easy reach of five world-class ski resorts.
